Checking was quick, but very unfriendly. The boss was hanging around in the shadows and it made everyone uncomfortable. The hotel is very dated and needs updating. Does not rank high in Drury hotels.

Excellent hotel!!
This was one of the nicest hotels with the friendliest staff I ever stayed at. Not only do you get a very nice breakfast buffet and dinner, they offer free cocktails and soda.

An excellent room and staff. Clean room and the staff was more than supportive.Especialy the front day desk person. She was helpful and very positive. Also the warm breakfast was excellent. The eggs were not watered down and very fresh. Had a pleasant stay.

Usually stay here on our way to Dallas. They will allow our dog to stay in our room for a charge. The evening meal, 2 drinks and breakfast are all included and usually pretty good. Also close to a variety of food and gas options. Will continue to stay as long as they can maintain the hotel rooms.

One of the reasons I chose Drury was because it offers a nighttime snack and drink. I knew after being on the road all day I would be able to get that snack and drink just to put something in my stomach because I had to go to bed right after since I had to wake up early and continue my long drive home. I wasn't told that it ended at a certain tome so by the time I was able to go get it they had put everything up. Star the girl who check me in didn't not provide me of that info.She also did not point me in the direction I needed to go to get to my room. Once I found my room I went into the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. There was poop all in toilet and on it which tells me that the room wash properly cleaned. I wasn't offered to be switched to another room so I had to wait until someone came up to clean the bathroom. But after all of that Star did manage to get my husband and I the snack and drink and also took care of the charges for the inconvenience. She was never rude and made sure to accommodate us for the mistakes and for that I thank her and applaud her for handling the situation well. Things happened and I probably will stay at Drury again.

Bonnie was extremely rude at check in and did not mention cocktail hour to our family, there were chunks of hair floating around the pool to the point that my kids and I had to leave. The hair even stuck to us when we got out of the pool. Our air conditioner was extremely loud and sounded like rain was hitting the window.
