Never go here they don't appreciate guests
From the moment we checked in the lady first told us we could check in at noon and then she changed it to 2:00 when we got there and we had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours before we can check in. Heard her threaten to call police on somebody walking down the hallway for moving one of the laundry totes out of their way, which was no reason to say that. There were cockroaches and bed bugs in our room which we didn't even complain about the front desk, we complained to hotels.com and they let the front desk know so when we checked out they banned me from ever staying there again because I reported their bug issue. The lady argued with me and made me feel bad for bringing up the bug issue and told me I was lying about it even though I had proof. The whole experience was terrible!

Messed up birthday weekend for my hubby
Well got there checked in to the glass door for pool area broke out yellow taped and paddle locked shut. The following day the pool was open hot tub didnt work. Then in the middle of the night the hotel lost power which meant no heat so we got up collected our belongings and headed home at 230 in the morning because no heat in cold weather would get cold very fast

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. I booked 2 night stay based on the price and that there was a hot tub. The tub was out of order. The bed was sunken in. The blow dryer and microwave were broken. My husband asked for towels and was said by the manager Zully that he was rude. How is asking for towels being rude. Then she told me we had to leave. How this place stay in business when they have a person in charge the has an issue taking care of the customer is beyond me. I would have done better sleeping with the homeless than sleeping at this location. I should have read the other reviews. I wish we could give no stars that's what they deserve. Spend your money somewhere people know how to treat you correctly.

Comfy bed the rest was questionable
Hot tub and pool while stated as open by front desk, had signs from the health dept telling you not to use. The shower in the room didnt have enough pressure to more than trickle out. The continental breakfast was basically toast and cereal, waffle mix was emptyat 615am. Oj and apple juice out at 615am. Funky smells throughtout the hallways. On the plus side the bed was comfortable.

Shower was hard to turn on. Did not drain. Had standing water in bathtub until maintenance arrived. Pool area had a paddilock on its door. Lots of cigarette butts on ground at side entrance.

There was a razor left in the shower. Hair on the bed. Was told the hot tub jets weren’t working but could still use it but the water was cold one of the filters was missing a cover which didn’t notice till I got my foot caught in it no pool towels. Do not count on free breakfast unless you want waffles. Night Staff was friendly. Bit overall would not recommend

Mattress swallowing people..
Simply the mattress was so sunken in i couldnt sleep. Im not sure when they have been replaced but having a 2ft mattress wall around me is not comfort. I will not be returning
