Clean, modern, surprisingly quiet hotel with friendly staff in a convenient central location. Included breakfast was great! I've stayed at four different Scandic properties in Helsinki, and all have been equally positive experiences.

This is the first time I have stayed in these apartments. I stayed in the ones in Rovaniemi owned by the same company so I knew what to expect. They are on a quiet street which is only a ten minute walk from the centre of Helsinki. There is a small supermarket across the road and plenty of coffee shops in the area so you can enjoy the great choice of cakes. I would stay here again when I visit Helsinki.

Very good. When being asked about how I’d want the room serviced, I’d expect the bed to be made as a standard minimum, without needing to specify this. Pillows were very soft but bed comfy.

Klaus Hotel is undoubtedly among the finest establishments in Europe, boasting exceptional customer service courtesy of its highly attentive and affable team. My accommodations were remarkably spacious and stylishly appointed. The bathroom was immaculate, and the breakfast offerings were truly delectable, catering to a diverse array of palates. I shall certainly return.
