Perfect place

This was the perfect spot for our family (two families with two kids each) to stay as a base for all adventures. Easy access and quick to Zion, Bryce, Page (Arizona) and more. Kanab is a big enough town to have everything you need while being quaint and quiet. We were able to start gaze at Pink Sands and be home to still wake up and hike. Kitchen had all we needed and beds were comfy.

Great access to Zion

Property was well maintained and able to do multiple loads of laundry mid-trip. Host Communication was always quick turnaround for questions and being closer to the East entrance to Zion gave us a wonderful drive through the park getting to the visitor center each day rather than coming up through Springdale. Pool/hot-tub access 15 yards from the back door was nice. The club house workout area is small but nobody was ever in it so it didn't affect us. Quick grocery run saved us a ton being able to cook our own breakfast and dinner each day and pack lunches for hikes vs finding somewhere to eat out for 5 people (but there are options if that's your thing). There's only one shower/ toilet upstairs with jack and Jill sinks off either side if that matters to your family dynamic or who spends the longest in the shower. Half bath on main floor too. Would recommend and stay again.

Great place to stay.

We stayed in Kanab as it is close to the outdoor activities we enjoyed. The condo fit our group of 6 comfortably. After a day of visiting the Grand Canyon or hiking slot canyons it was nice to relax in the comfortable condo and recuperate. We cooked our breakfasts and dinners in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed. The entire condo complex was quiet and well maintained. We'd stay here again.

Great Location

This was a great location for us to visit Bryce Canyon, Zion, and the Grand Canyon. The townhome was spacious, comfy, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool area during our stay as well. Communication with the owner was slow using the contact info given by VRBO. A 2nd contact was listed in the welcome book and was much quicker to respond. Overall our stay was great and we would book again when in the area.

Great home base for our tour of southern Utah

The property was just as described. Clean and comfortable with good beds and pillows. The covered parking was perfect for my husband and I traveling by motorcycle. Easy check in and check out. Kanab is a great place to explore Utah from. We were able to visit the Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Saint George, and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes all within a few hours from the house. Great communication with the host. We loved our stay!

We checked in and went to take our kids to the pool and it was cover in bricks and concrete. We were not told this was the case. We had to check out early. Not a great experience at all.

Pros Condo was clean there was a washer and dryer and Tvs in 2 out of 3 bedrooms close to visit parks and check out Kanab Cons. We had a hard time with ac the downstairs would be freezing and the upstairs hot

Comfortable & clean place to stay in a great location.

Check-In was very easy, the condo was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the small town of Kanab as our home base to visit Zion, Bryce, and the Pink Coral Sand Dunes. There's also many local hikes close to the condo. Great place...would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

Property was clean and easy to check into. The pool was a big hit with the kids and a welcome place to cool off after hiking in some 100+ degree weather. The living area felt a touch cramped with 6 people but the bedrooms were great. Biggest complaint was a dishwasher that would barely close due to hitting the countertop. Overall it was a great spot for our family to land in between exploring nearby National Parks.

Nice Townhouse right in Kanab

Pros: short drive from main strip in Kanab, pool was mostly empty during our stay (so we had a private pool, essentially), good TVs, really get quality for the price, lots of room for a family of six, easy check-in, they let us extend for one night without much hassle. Cons: master bed was too soft, no shampoo/soap was provided, neighborhood is looking a little dated, pool wasn't the cleanest.

Central to National Parks

The condo fulfilled all our needs. It worked out as a central spot from which to travel to the National Parks. We also enjoyed hiking the nearby Mansard Trail. The kitchen was well equipped.

Great Place to see the parks

The property was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. We had one very minor issue with the tub draining slowly, but it was immediately addressed by the very kind property manager. He even left us flowers for mothers day! I highly recommend this property!

Experience the West

This place was perfect for us. We loved the small town and people. The condo was so comfortable and had everything we needed for a great trip. You can't go wrong booking this place. We visited the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon. We also took in all of the local offerings including the animal sanctuary, Peek-a-Boo Canyon, and many other local sites. The restaurants in town are all delicious. I did not have a bad meal while there. We even ate at the grocery store (Grazier's) and that did not disappoint either. Kanab is an awesome little town and the condo was perfect!
