The rooms were adequate. There was a faint mildewy smell to them. The beds weren't super comfortable nor super uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly. The pool was spotless.

The hotel was very quiet with easy access to the main road. The check in staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and overall the hotel was a very good option for us.

While the property had convenient access to the highway, the property itself was not very clean or comfortable. We chose it because of the dog friendly aspect, but our room smelled of animal immediately upon entering. Our A/C unit was leaking the entire time, not allowing us to walk and utilize the closet in the space. Our lock on our door did not work well forcing us to get 5 different set of keys. Not very many dining options close by unless you wanted to visit the busy outlet mall chains. Overall, was very disappointed for the price paid for the room.

The room smelled awful! I complained to front desk and asked for air freshener and she brought a bottle of weed killer that she said they use when guests smoke weed in the rooms. It was a temporary fix as the smell came back. She did offer to move us to a new room but it was already 10:30pm by that time and we were very tired. The breakfast was good and had plenty to chose from.

The only complaint I have is I paid for early check in for 2. We arrived at 1:30( yes early) but then when I checked in she said it would be an hour. I then told her I paid for early check in at 2. She said, oh. We waited in the lobby had very nice seating. 10 mins later my friend said will you just let us know when ready so we don’t have to keep asking. She then said it’s ready. Let me update. I think it was ready the whole time she just didn’t say anything. Our room was by the reception area and we didn’t see any cleaning carts go by or down the hall while waiting.
