They did not clean the room and provide clean towels. They told us that at check we should have been asked. We were never asked. The breakfast was horrible. Danish was frozen, eggs were watery and sausage was white. Could not eat any of it

Great except…
There was a strong smell of soap in all the hallways and in the lobby, and it was mixed with a really strong chlorine smell from the pool and it was just kind of nauseating. I’m just very very happy that it was not in our room.

When I arrived at the property, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was taken care of. It was clean outside & inside. The staff were professional, pleasant & friendly. I extended my stay multiple times & they were extremely helpful. I remember thinking "I wish other hotels were like this one."
