This was my second time coming to this hotel. I do like the area location and how the hotel looks in the main areas,but the rooms need work. The rooms are clean for the most part but the last time I was there the sink in the bathroom was broke. This time the latch on the door had loose screws so we couldnt lock it properly which wasnt fixed while we were there and there was mold in the bathroom. I do appreciate the staff taking concern with it I just hope next time I dont get a bad room. I recommend if anyone stays here to check the room out before check in process is done.

You clearly don’t vet hotels. I didn’t walk in that pigsty. Junk visible in numerous large plate glass windows. I’ll never use your “service” again. Keep the money. You’ve lost a customer for life. Goodbye.

Overall it was a great hotel for the price. There was a few things i was not impressed about. First they state the rooms are sound proof and that is a lie, i can hear every kid and family in the pool when im in one of the furthest rooms from the pool as well as i could hear the people on the other side of the shared room door as if the door was open.and the hallway outside our room for some reason was soaking wet.

The hotel and hot tub/swimming pool area was nice. The water in my shower would not get hot but the water in the sink did so i had to take xa sponge bath. The air coming from the vents in my room smelled musty. Other than they, the lobby area was pretty.

Stayed here several times in the past and it was excellent but thats been a few years back and it has gone down hill quite a bit. Im surprised Radisson puts their name on its still other than having a nice pool and hot tube its not much better than a motel 6. Roof leaks in the lobby and commons areas, only one elevator work and it was last inspected in 2021, AC in the room was mediocre, toilet ran constantly and the bed wasn't all that comfortable. No free breakfast either it cost $12
