Amazing location!

Our family spent a week in this lovely condo, and it was perfect. The first floor unit opens to the view you want to see when you come to Hawaii: blue sea, crashing waves, gorgeous sky. The condo was very comfortable with everything we needed: comfortable beds, nice linens, good cookware, sharp knives, and plenty of dishes. The gas grill in the pool area is a bonus. There are also beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool noodles. The location is walkable to shops and dining in Wailua and fairly central to the other parts of the island that we visited. We would happily return here.

Amazing Find!

My family and I were looking for either rooms close or a big enough spot to fit 6 of us. This is the perfect spot! Plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to the pool and the ocean. Quick 15 min drive to Lihue (with traffic). Would definitely rent again if we come back to this island

Beautiful spot

This vacation rental was perfect for our stay with our adult children. We loved the location. Beach access and amazing views and having a pool made it so nice. It was absolutely perfect having the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Couldn't have picked a better spot.

Great little hidden condo

The views were amazing from the deck and pool. The location of the condo was perfect. Lots of shops, restaurants in walking distance. Parking was great and the size of the condo was large. Condo needs some updates and a good deep cleaning. We all enjoyed our stay and appreciated having our own bathroom for each room. Thank you Gloria for all your kindness and help!!

40th in paradise

We originally had another rental in Koloa but wanted to be closer to the beach and boy were we surprised. The pictures do not do this place justice! As you walk out of the back door onto a grassy yard, there is a pool 20 feet and a private walkway down to the back just beyond the pool area. Each morning we could walk out into the grassy area and watch the sunrise with a picturesque view over the water. The condo itself is a little older but the decor and laidback aesthetics really made it such a pleasant stay. The rooms were all good sized and best of all, each one had its own bathroom. We will definitely be back, I highly recommend for those traveling with friends or family. The neighbors were really nice, very chilled and laid back.

Spacious Condo in paradise

Three bedroom condos are harder to find: this one is ground level, so great for us in the older ages. There is a huge (common area) lawn leading to the rocks then ocean, and we saw whale spouts, surfers, swimmer, beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our lanai. All the beds were reported to be comfy, water pressure is good. The kitchen was really well-equipped, although the oven took 30 min to heat up. A smaller juice pitcher would be a good addition. The snorkeling gear mentioned is pretty much all broken. There are beach shoes in various sizes, lots of beach chairs, some umbrelllas, matts and noodles. The shower stalls are showing their age, but bath and beach towels are plentiful, and the laundry system worked well. We heard NO noise from neighbors or neighborhood. The pool was a lovely temperature in January, a bit warmer than the ocean. We would love to stay here again!

This property is very roomy and comfortable. The end unit placement makes for a feeling of a private oasis. The condo is equipped with everything you can possibly need. The beach paraphernalia was greatly appreciated. Our whole family was very impressed-grandparents to teens.

Beautiful and we'll furnished beach front condo

The location is perfect. The sandy beach with a nice swimming area is just across the lawn and pool. The condo had everything we needed for the week including great cooking utensils, beach chairs and towels, and many tour books. The back bedroom have AC but we mostly kept the windows open and enjoyed the breeze. It was roomier than we expected from the pictures. There are 2 areas for sitting (couches and chairs), a table that seated 8, and a patio with table and chairs. The condo has a pool that we didn't use and a grill that we did (surprisingly clean). This is a great condo to enjoy a Kauai vacation. The mangers were responsive to a couple of requests we had and did a great job.

Front unit was great....but.....the unit needs a significant updating. The unit has very old fixtures, furniture and is in dire need of new kitchen and bathroom renovations. Also the unit is too dark. One of bedrooms closets was cluttered with old beach chairs and toys. The unit was clean and convenient to other areas of interest.

Had a great experience staying at the Lani Kai location. The condo was very spacious, comfortable and well maintained. Really liked being right on the water and also being on the bottom floor. We were able to just walk out through the sliders, sit down look at the ocean (seeing some whales) and relax reading and talking. Being close to the Coconut Marketplace was nice as we picked up necessary items to have at the condo as well as go over to eat at some of the establishments.

A bit dated, but large, well appointed and WHAT A VIEW!!

This property has everything you need for a large family to enjoy a fantastic stay in Kauai. 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, large tables, well stocked kitchen and a large lanai with access to a beautiful lawn area, pool and the beach. The view was AMAZING!! The location was perfect and the property management company was great to. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
