Stayed only one night. Staff were very helpful with a wake up call, having my breakfast to go at 4:30am and the dinner options were great!

The Langham Hotel Jakarta is located in a fantastic position - close to shopping, dining and sporting precincts. The staff were all fantastic and special mention to Arana at the front desk, Fauzy the Sous Chef and Aurel @ Tom’s Restaurant. They all made our stay extra special. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed the stay. Lounge team, Andyta, Putri, Oliv, and Bima made my stay smooth and comfortable, they remembered my favorite drinks and foods, already got them ready, and made me feel at home. Big thank you to them.

This is my go-to place to stay if I am traveling outside of Indonesia. The staff is well versed in travelers needs and will offer helpful suggestions. There is a good selection of food and drinks available in several different restaurant settings. My favorite is the rooftop with great views. This trip was my first since the pandemic and I am thrilled that FM 7 is still great and remains my favorite travel hotel.

From the front desk people, to Rizal at the restaurant, everyone was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. The food in the restaurant was lovely.
