room and property were not the issue, room was nice commentary briefest was ok, needed to check out one day early and manager charge us any way for the extra day . even though when i contacted Expedia to inform about the early check out i was told because i had the reservation set up as pay on site that i would only pay for the day we stayed, even though Expedia staff contacted the front desk , they still charge my card and told me that is how it is! wont stay at another best western again Just want to say Person at the count was friendly it was the owner/manager bad call !!

**THIS HOTEL WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!** My husband and I booked a room here through Expedia. When we arrived to check in around 11:00pm on 9/27, we were immediately told we could not stay before we got to the check in desk. The guy said there must have been a “glitch” in the system and over booked. We thought that was strange, he didn’t even ask if we had reservations or for our name. So we told him and he said we wouldn’t be charged. So we went to our car. I immediately messaged the hotel through Expedia in the parking lot to confirm we wouldn’t get charged and my husband went back inside to reconfirm there would be no charge and the guy told him there wouldn’t be a problem issuing a refund if there was a charge. They responded to my message the next day saying there is no charge and they apologized. We did get charged for the room we were told we couldn’t stay at. It’s been a month and I have called at least 6 times, only talking to two people. One girl said this has been an ongoing problem with that same guy. Weeks later my husband called and they hung up on him. I called a few more times, no answer. I turned to Expedia for help and they contacted the hotel. The manager is denying the refund with no explanation to us. I can no longer get a hold of Expedia because their “inbox is full” and the hotel won’t answer my calls. This is the most ridiculous situation we’ve ever been in and never had to deal with such poor management and staff behavior! We are BEYOND frustrated!

Only got to stay in the room for two nights because the entire room smelled like mold and wet carpet. My friend who had shared the room with me was constantly throwing up. I went to the counter and the service was ok but I hated I paid for four nights and only stayed for two. Only got told I’d be refunded $50 but that has not happened yet. I was a little disappointed.

We were visiting Colorado for the first time from Ohio. Stayed for 5 nights - room service provided daily with fresh towels, bed made, trash emptied. The breakfast was okay, but not a personal favorite of mine. It is in a nice, quiet area with easy access to the highways.
