Decent spot
Pretty decent hotel in owatanna. Got a decent deal for my weeks stay. I was a little irritated that on several days the pool and spa were closed during the day but the room was ok and service was great

Warm and friendly
Very clean, great hot tub by the pool plus a pool table and air hockey. Decent breakfast with eggs and sausage, something my gluten free daughter really appreciated! Staff have been warmly friendly, not just professionally polite. I appreciated that. Gym equipment is quality, not a ton of weights, but enough for my needs. It's been a very pleasant stay!!

Customer service was lacking. Had to go find the front desk person to be able to check out. Breakfast was not being continuously stocked. Had to ask if they were bringing more food out etc.

our room was dirty didn't felt clean and I found food beside the sofa and furniture but the scary was the black spider, with the hug web. I took a video and pictures. Wanted to show front desk but no one was there to show. I understand it was a busy weekend but they should be more careful. and the Noise OMG! it was loud didn't care about the running much, but screaming wow!!! never heard any Waring of any Staff so they where Loud. I honestly was so not happy and very disappointed.

Horrible hotel
Dealt with two front desk personnel. One might have been the rudest person I’ve encountered at a hotel. The other was average. The security door on the side of the building doesn’t close all the way so therefore doesn’t lock. The crash bar on the room door was broken, the screws were all loose and the part that’s attached to the door was literally cracked in half. The hot tub was broken for half our stay. Definitely would not stay there again

Very nice hotel with amazing amenities. It has been a very long time since I have been to a hotel that truly offered a full breakfast. Only thing I would have to say, is we had a desk chair in our room that was about to fall apart. There was some of the pink stuff in the corners of the shower, but other than that, it was a very nice stay.
