Zimmer & Komfort
Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß, allerdings ist der Grundriss etwas unvorteilhaft gestaltet. Die Betten waren zwar bequem, aber die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wirkten alt und abgenutzt – diese sollten dringend erneuert werden. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt im Bad: Es wäre schön, wenn Bodylotion zu den bereitgestellten Pflegeprodukten gehören würde.
Service & Personal
Hier gibt es den größten Verbesserungsbedarf. Das Housekeeping war wenig aufmerksam (einige Handtücher wurden beim Wechseln schlichtweg vergessen). Der größte Schwachpunkt war jedoch die Rezeption: Das Personal war sehr unaufmerksam und unfreundlich. Mir fiel auf, dass die männlichen Kollegen etwas professioneller waren als die weiblichen.
Lage & Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig an mehreren Knotenpunkten gelegen, was je nach Reiseziel sehr praktisch ist. Was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angeht: Sauberkeit und allgemeine Instandhaltung sind in Ordnung, aber für den gebotenen Service und die Ausstattung ist das Hotel ein bischen zu teuer.
