Overall the hotel is nice for what you are paying for, but they need to invest in new mattresses, put AC inside the bathrooms(inside the bathroom was steaming hot the whole day), improve the area around building 5 and 6(it was impossible to breath because of the smell). I really like the free shuttle service to the downtown area, the complementary breakfast and service provided by the employees

Great time spending time around the pool and tiki bar. Food at the tiki bar wasn't bad. Shuttle service to the downtown area was awesome the driver was very helpful with suggestions. Staff was very friendly, overall we had a great time.

Key West joy in August
Beautiful ocean view, free parking, nice pool with lots of seating, good choice of complimentary breakfast, rooms by the ocean often have austy smell and damp feel to them but this did not. Did not disappoint. Very close to airport with a regular shuttle into town. Perfect stay. Front desk staff who worked during the day could be a little friendlier - evening staff was very good

I cannot say enough about how nice and accommodating this property was. We got stuck in Key West for several days due to Hurricane Debby. They were able to work out extending our room on short notice each time our flights were canceled even though they were booked. They were even able to keep us in our same room so we didn't have to pack up and move. The property is lovely and the pool area is great! The shuttle to the airport and downtown was nice and the breakfast changed a little everyday to keep it interesting. We would definitely stay here again even we ever come back to Key West.

The shuttle transportation to Mallory Square was great as well as its close proximity to the beach. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Communication among staff could use improvement when upon arrival we were told the pool bar was open until 10pm. When we arrived at 9:15pm we were told they were no longer serving. The breakfast was slightly cold and could’ve used a little more attention to stay stocked. These minor things would NOT deter us from staying again as we enjoyed our stay in Key West at the Hampton Inn.

We booked room one month prior trip, in the day of our trip was an emergency warning regarding tropical storm. Was imposibil to get to the hotel because of heavy rain and dangerous winds! We had to book a hotel in Miami and spend the night there. We notified hotel staff 2 days before that we would like to cancel due to weather conditions. They didn’t care. Thanks a lot!
