Excellent property I wish to come back again sooner. The only thing surprised me there was no breakfast option but while I booked the property it was mentioned they have breakfast . Not sure I have made any mistake

Beautiful property (INFESTED Unit)
Beautiful property which is why I was surprised to wake up 78 bites all over my body after 2 days. Eventually My unit was switched but not before having to go out and purchase over $100 worth of products to soothe the bites. This made the rest of my trip quite miserable. I am thankful it happened in my room and not my children’s. Also thankful that we had a washer and dryer to prevent taking anything home with us. Unfortunately the infested unit B is still being used and my bites will have a lengthy healing process. I do hope the issue doesn’t spread and it can be rectified so others won’t have the same experience. The resort itself doesn’t offer much but things to do are close but not walkable.

Gorgeous and well-maintained site. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. There is a complimentary breakfast on Monday mornings, but it is first come first serve! The room looks exactly as it is featured online.

Great place for a family a little far away from old Town where all the fun is but a 10 minute drive is probably worth it for the quiet and this resort highly recommended for family vacation

Really nice family oriented property that was reasonably quiet and well appointed. Nice pool. Nice dock. Nice check in. If you do not need an onsite restaurant and are ok with a family kitchen that is fully stocked this is a premium and nice property.

This resort is gorgeous by the entire setup of nature and relaxation. One only and not neglectful drawback is that it's not sound proof at all by its wooden structure. You can hear every movement of your neighbors, especially shower on the other side of the wall. One bedroom is right beside neighbour's washroom and window facing hallway, which you can hear everyone passby, especially right facing an elevator. I was waken by direct neighbor's shower right beside your ears and early checkout people through hallway from 6am then couldn't sleep anymore. I expect better room set up as a resort by Hyatt.

Absolutely loved our stay two bedroom two bath my daughter and I went down for a girls weekend and loved it had a screened in porch. You could sit out without bugs. The pool area was phenomenal. Staff was great. We’ll definitely book it again. An amazing value for the price.

Very inconvenient. It is a little distant from the Main Street. But main problem is that check in is very late at 4 PM, and check out is very early at 10 AM. And they are not flexible at all. they were very rude when I asked for a courtesy later check out time.
