We like Ibis very much. Only thing is are blinds were broken in are room 523.Also had a hard time getting yellow towels for pool area as are were picked up in room when cleaned.

Loved the quaintness of the movie property. We had friends at the military base so it was in great proximity. Staff were super helpful! Facilities were good. Breakfast was lame but lovely property! We’d stay here again.

It was beautiful and affordable. Right on the water there is a lovely view. The staff is friendly. The rooms are roomy and comfy. If I had a complaint it's the front door was kinda old and had a small gap on the hinged side. The shower is small but I'm plus size. It did have good water pressure compared to other resorts in the area. The breakfast is included and has many options available. It's very nice to stay here and I will stay again.

The lady that was working the front desk when I checked in at around 7pm wasn’t the friendliest, didn’t even crack a smile. I am glad that wasn’t the normal there - because all the other staff at the resort and restaurant were extremely nice. We loved the room and the view was amazing. We had cooler weather and didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but we definitely plan on coming back during the summer.

Shower and bathroom were super tiny, bedroom tiny but clean. Beach not nice view - too close to highway. We would not risk going in water (signage warns of risk) Staff was very friendly and helpful. shuttle was convenient to Duvall street but it didn't show up for one of the stops. Wished they had shuttle to airport. Pool was clean.

All the rooms are quite close together so it’s a bit noisy because you can hear your neighbours. The parking is a challenging due to parking space.

Parking lot is difficult to navigate and the complimentary breakfast is skimpy. The staff was nice and the room was plain but very clean. Having a place to sit right outside your room is great especially since its on sand !

OLD NOT UPDATED
Very old 1920, extremely small bathroom, NOTHING UPDATED. Doors don't seal, had a spider in the tub, sliding doors off track. Its a shame this property isn't cared for because they have a beautiful location. Advertised entertainment not available, no led night kayak, no shark feeding, nothing after 5p.

Poor night sleep with noise A/C
Very poor experience, with noisy air-conditioning in the wall by the bed that clonked on and off all night, the breakfast was served in paper trays and paper cups and didn’t have any of the advertised tea. We were told it was takeaway but that wasn’t as advertised, the noise in the hotel and from the adjacent areas was very loud all night such that we had very little sleep and ended with us cancelling our second night and moved on with with our holiday

The room was comfortable and the sheets were clean. However, there was sagging in the deck/walkway out front and dip in the floor in the room. It was conveniently located and had a restaurant next door. The staff at the desk was not overly friendly.
