A wonderful option in Key West that's quieter than the very busy West side of the island, which still isn't far. They provide great and reliable transportation over there by boat and shuttle. Our room was like an apartment with a great kitchen, living room and tons of space. laundry facilities in-room too! The main restaurant Tavern and Town was also fantastic. A friendly professional staff and a delicious menu. We loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours for late night swims. Their Happy Hour was also amazing. We're already planning a return for next year.

We stayed here on our Honeymoon 11/12-11/19/24. The shuttle driver John was exceptional. Gave us lots of good tips. The concierge Dale, “The Legend”, was also great. We had one issue with a female concierge who was not helpful at all and was very rude. The restaurant on premises was wonderful. One problem with our room was no garbage pick up for the week but I think that was because of how we booked through expedia and not through resort. I didn’t know so something to look out for if you book that way. Overall we had a fantastic time and would come and stay again. Thanks for the memories!

the property itself was fine. The room was clean, but the duvet itself was filthy (not the cover but the actual duvet) There was only one dining option and it was VERY expensive for the quality of the food. Not a ton of decent options nearby either. The hotel is at the entrance to Key West, which is about 3.5 miles from the old town where all the attraction and charming spots are. They do operate a trolley once an hour, however, but it's not walkable in the Florida sun during the day as there is no shady path to get to the old town. The property itself is fine, with no real frills to it.

I will definitely be coming back. The property is beautiful and appears to be well maintained. The suite was stocked with all of the essentials we needed. It was hard checking out, we all just wanted to stay longer.

First room smelled of stale smoke. Second room they upgrade to a suite. Large. Was good in its time. But Room was damage , dirty , hotel to too big for proper maintenance and awareness of what’s going on inch room and building. Parkades dirty. And elevators up from parkades falling apart and very very dirty. Poorly area okay. Visa card comprises filling use at pool

Our room had barefoot prints on the floors. No phone. We never met any “Gem” that was supposed to be making our stay so easy. We couldn’t even find someone to get fresh towels. The ready made breakfast was absolutely disgusting and not at all complimentary.. EXTREMELY MISLEADING! This place was a major disappointment! And still had to pay daily for parking!!! Don’t waste your money…

We booked the Single King and upon arrival were surprised that it was part of another room combination with a shared entrance door. So it wasn't exactly what we were expecting, and was weird to hear the other guests come and go thru the shared space. The room itself was nicely updated and clean! The grounds were clean and to be expected for one of the more budget friendly hotels on the island. Would I stay again - no, but it worked for our past visit as we were not at the property at all other than to sleep.
