Very old building and poor property maintenance - Not realy a 3 or a 4 star hotel as it claims to be - rooms are old - poorly maintained -Lights did not work -No phones in the room -sand on tne floor -No room service -You need to request rom service and obly get it once for an extended stay - No way to realy reach the reception after you check in

We stayed in a standard room at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was clean and ready early, which would have been a bonus if our flight wasn’t delayed. One of my favorite features was the complimentary shuttle service that runs from 9 AM to 11 PM, making it so convenient to get to and from downtown Key West. The pool area was fantastic, with a bar and food service available—perfect for relaxing after a long day. We enjoyed the food at Chicken Walk, and for my birthday, we dined at Tavern N Town. The restaurant gave me a free entrée just by showing my ID, and the food was absolutely delicious. The only downside was the “beach” area. While there were nice chairs for lounging, the water didn’t look very clean, which was disappointing. Another thing to note is that daily room cleaning isn’t provided for short stays. This wasn’t an issue for us, but I did hear others mention it. We also had a clogged toilet but it was fixed quickly. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff, restaurant teams, and shuttle drivers were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering great tips about the area. The hotel’s location near the airport and a golf course is also a bonus. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

We like location of the property being away from downtown, the shuttle service was an easy way to get to downtown. Restaurant was good! The only thing we didn't anticipate is that housekeeping was at additional cost. In most cases this is fine but wasn't great 4-day stay with few days spent in the ocean.

It was a disappointing stay. First, they charge you extra for room service. Second, there was only one small bar of soap in the bathroom. No liquid soap, no shampoo, no shower caps, no q-tips, no bottles of water for the guests, nothing. The thermostat did not work. It was either off or freezing. No matter how much I fiddled with the unit. When we checked in , the ceiling fan kept going at full speed and could not be turned off. I had to call front desk to send someone to turn it off. They had to replace the pull string which was not working. All this for a not inexpensive nightly fee plus $25 per night for parking. Oh, the beach mentioned is non-existent. The heated pool and pool bar were nice. The location is quiet and close to the fun parts of town ( not within walking distance.) The bed was very comfortable.

We had a 1BR condo. It was very clean though there was a few maintenace issues that should be taken care of. The balcony fan and outside light did not work as well as half of one outlet.f Overall the facility was very nice. I had my birthday at the Tavern and Town restaurant and they gave me a choice of any entree for free. This is by far the most generous birthday offer I have ever recieved. I had the lobster tail and it was excellent. Our check in was average...the guy checking us in could have been a little more helpful and provided more info without prompting him. However half way through our stay my mother had a foot problem and the front desk was vey helpful providing us with a wheelchair. I would stay here again and would recommend it.
