The front desk staff was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations for duning and activities! Most things were within walking distance, and there was a free bus with a stop less than 5 minutes walk away that went by all the major areas. This was a great stay, and made my trip to Key West that much better!

We stayed as a group for a 65th birthday celebration. Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff was friendly and assisted whenever we needed. Hotel is in a great location for waking to Duval and the Marina. Loved the $10 credit for breakfast at the Old Town Bakery every morning.

This is truly a hidden gem for staying in Key West. It does not look like much on the outside, but our experience there could not have been better. Don't let the lack of website fool you- this is a fantastic place to stay. Staff are attentive and helpful, everything is extremely clean, interior design is is all new, and you get practically $10-$20 off coupons daily for the bakery down the street for breakfast (Old Town Bakery). The only thing I would have liked to see are microwaves in every room- they are in the 2 bedroom suites, but not the others. They do however have a microwave in the main office for anybody to use during the day when it is open. We will definitely be back!!

Hotel team was professional, caring, and effective! A concern we shared with front desk was resolved within an hour! The breakfast voucher for the Old Town Bakery offers variety but there are no seats at the bakery. We took our breakfast back to the hotel pool area tables and that worked well for us.Outstanding customer service by the team! Parking is very hard to find. Parking lot approximately 3 blocks from property is $40 per day! Kudos to the hotel team!

A fantastic little gem in Key West
This is a beautiful little place within walking distance to Duval. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The people were so nice and always willing to help or answer questions. The pool was perfect to cool off after a long day. Breakfast vouchers were provided for Old Town bakery just a block away and the food was delicious. I love how the small businesses support each other! Thanks to Nora and the rest of the staff for a wonderful stay!

My only complaint is. “Pet friendly” property shouldn’t charge $100 to bring said pet. A deposit fine, but otherwise it’s ripoff
