I would like to see the back lit as I was directed to go out back door into a VERY DARK walkway that wasn't really safe. There should be a handrail instead of a drop off at the edge of the walkway

It's a very nice, small guesthouse in a great Key West location. Our room was big enough, with a king bed and two comfortable chairs. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars has nothing to do with the place itself - because of the location, it was quite loud in our room (located at the very front of the building) when the trash truck came through at 6:00 a.m., and then delivery trucks started coming shortly after that. If our room had not been one of the ones at the front of the building, I think it would have been much, much quieter, and I would have given 5 stars. We will definitely return, and will just ask for a different room next time.

I stay at different places each time i go to Key West. This time i found my favorite! First let me say, no pool & no onsite parking BUT everything else was amazing. We use the beaches so a pool didn't matter. There was limited street parking or a parking lot that's about a 7 minute walk. The great things? Amazing, friendly staff! So kind Light breakfast was nice, but word on the street was that the donut store down a couple buildings was the best. You gotta get there early or they run out. Our room was just the right size. Decent sized bathroom which was great. Off the room was a shared seating area. Upstairs there's another seating area surrounded by the tree tops. You can sit out on the front porch as well. There are two GREAT parts. 1. Free happy hour since it's adults only. 2. Right off of Duval!! But still quiet. I will definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful B&B. The old colonial homes are so lovely. It's nice to see the historical markers on the corners of various homes to enable us to learn the history of the area.

We stayed in the 2nd floor room with the 2 twin beds and absolutely loved how private it was. The room was clean and the staff so helpful and friendly. We were so appreciative that they held our bags and put them in our rooms since we arrived several hours before check in. We also felt safe since the door automatically locked from the outside at all times. It is walkable to everything! We would definitely stay here again!

The Main Desk staff was very knowledgeable of Key West and both hospitable and helpful. Especially the Manager Mr. Alex and his assistant Ms. Destiny were hospitable in every detail. The breakfast coffee and pastry was excellent. My room was spaciouand very clean with a very comfortable bed.

The house was beautifully decorated and provided a nice, quiet place to rest and rejuvenate. The room was very clean and had many thoughtful touches added. We would definitely stay if we are ever in the area again. The gentleman in the office was extremely helpful with parking recommendations. He was also very kind to hold onto our luggage after checking out while we picked up a few souvenirs and our car. The coffee at breakfast was top-notch as well as the raspberry filled crossiant. Everything is just as advertised.
