Excellent stay!
I was impressed when I received a phone call the day before check-in to be sure I received the email instructions since the office was a different location than the property. I never did receive the email but the ladies in the office were very friendly and offered to hold our luggage until it was time to check in. The facility was beautiful and felt like home. It was extremely convenient to Duval Street yet really quiet and safe. When I woke up I actually envisioned myself living there and didn't want to leave! I received another phone call after check out to make sure everything went ok. Really great service.

Property was very clean, and location was very convenient. Did not like the narrow, steep staircase to the bedroom and bathroom. A/C was very loud, and bed was too soft. It wasn't perfect, but we enjoyed it and it was a quiet stay overall.

Lovely Courtyard Cottage
Very clean, cute cottage set in a courtyard setting just a short walk to Duval St. As older adults, we found the stairs quite steep, and the only bathroom upstairs. The bed was very soft. The unit was beautifully decorated and in the perfect location. We enjoyed our stay.
