Have you noticed how we're constantly towards the top of Kihei and Kihei Kai Nani searches. Well, vrbo has a system of metrics they use that ranks all listings, basically putting the best units available in front of guests...and we're crushing those metrics and have been since inception. Our story and reviews are below, but it a nutshell, this is a good one and we'd love to have you choose us.

Snag one of the best deluxe units available for rent in all of South Kihei at dynamite rates for a great time on Maui. This is an absolutely incredible condo with Wailea looks at a Kihei price and only 15 seconds to an Awesome beach!

This is a custom remodeled ground floor, lanai ocean view unit at Kihei Kai Nani. Owners took hold of an awesome top to bottom renovation that includes all new appliances, custom cherry cabinetry, solid stained concrete counters, tiled wall & back splash and a unique filtered window between the kitchen and bathroom. Yep...a filtered glass window between the living area and bathroom??? My money says we're one of a handful of units worldwide offering that tempting feature! Our unit is in the much desired building #1 which gives it an unheard of rare ocean view from the ground floor lanai and the benefits of beautiful Kamaole II Beach literally seconds away. This custom renovation is a far cry away from all the other cookie cutter Kihei Kai Nani units and is a no-brainer vacation rental or snow bird unit.

FYI. NO ELEVATORS IN THIS COMPLEX. Our unit is GROUND FLOOR convenience. Also, a CENTRAL Split Living Area and Bedroom A/C system was just installed making this a Double Win Primo unit!

Two person max occupancy. 1 bedroom. NO sleeper sofa.

Amazing VRBO
The property was very beautiful and the property manager was onto of all communication. I was traveling for work but had ZERO issues plus the surrounding area was beautiful and had restaurants close by if you don't want to cook! Keep up the great work!

close to perfection close to the beach
Second stay at this property did not disappoint . My wife absolutely loves this location and is our go to while in Kihei. Can make it to beach or Freds in 1 min . Easy walk to almost everything in Kihei . The location and condition of this property are amazing . Well equipped with everything we need, from kitchen ware , to beach chairs . Right beside the Beach
This was an awesome locationā€”ā€”ā€”right across the road from the beach. The owners were excellent to deal with and treated us so well. The unit was comfortable and had everything one needed. All was tidy and ready for our arrival. I would recommend this condo to anyone. The atmosphere was quiet and totally relaxing.

The title pretty much sums it up, I believe. We stayed here in 2021, 2023, and now 2024. Great location right across from the water, unit has everything you need, and we love south Maui. Hoping to stay one more time, after that I think we will just have to move to Maui.

Great place, great location
Enjoyed our 9 night stay in early July. Location was great: view of beach and steps to nightly spectacular sunsets. Lots of amenities and activities within walking distance. Unit is close to main road, but noise wasn't ever a problem for us as most know Maui rolls up their sidewalks at 9pm! Actually really liked the ground floor unit for ease of access. High quality kitchen equipment is always a priority for us; had everything (except a whisk!) which made it great for making meals. Large open great room area is nice for relaxing, but we spent our time out on patio in evenings mostly. Bed was very comfy with a variety of pillow types to choose from, and temperature control throughout the unit was very appreciated! Set in a relatively quiet complex with nice swimming pool, multiple good BBQ locations, trashy books to borrow from in laundry room. Snorkel equipment and boogie boards looked to be available for use, and it was great to have larger cooler for taking to beach and grocery shopping. We definitely enjoyed!

Summer Visit
This was our second time staying at this KKN unit, and we definitely plan on making it a regular visit (at least 2 times/year). Everything was clean and convenient. The hosts always reply, immediately, with any questions and/or concerns. Absolutley wonderful experience!

Great little getaway
The unit is great and as depicted. Well stocked with everything you need, quiet. Weā€™ve stayed at the complex before and would definitely book this unit again. We love this area of Maui and had a great stay. Privacy curtains in the living room would be nice, especially for a ground level condo.

Awesome Stay in Paradise!
This is the second time we have stayed at Mark and Pam's home in Kihei and it was as great as our first time. The location is second to none as you are steps from Kam 2 beach and walking distances from shopping and great restaurants. This unit has everything and is very clean. I really can't say enough about the property. Communication with the owners is also excellent. They were always available and very informative. I look forward to hopefully staying there again on our next trip to Maui. Thank you for sharing your home. Mahalo!

Amazing view of ocean
I had an amazing time for the 3 1/2 days Iā€™ve been here. Pam and Mark responded very quickly to the questions that I had the property is amazingly convenient right across the street from the ocean. Shops and restaurants everything you need is in walking distance. I had a great time and would highly recommend Kihei Kai Nani properties for vacation stay and definitely with Mark and Pam

The unit looks better in person than online and is exactly as advertised. Loved the little touches like beach chairs for use. There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance and a beach at your front door. Great place to stay.

The condo was very nice. Clean, well stocked with essentials, comfortable bed, very nice pool and lots of toys to play with. And the location was great right across the street from a beautiful beach with a pedestrian crossing to make access easy. Within walking distance of several really good restaurants and delis. We couldnā€™t have asked for for a better place to stay on our first trip to Maui!

Really Nice Unit and Location
Really nice unit. Right on S Kihei st which is pretty busy but the unit is located in an interior space so very very little noise. Literally across the street from Kam2 beach and 5 restaurants within 150 ft. Had a couple of contacts with owner prior to arrival (just quick questions) and always got a quick and thorough reply. Owner also doesn't have an encyclopedia of work they expect from you. I respect that. Clean up behind yourself and respect the property and everything is fine. Would recommend the unit
