Unit A303 is a deluxe air conditioned* condo at the ocean side corner of the property overlooking the park. It has a full view of the sea and the sunset. It is a great unit for whale watching. The condo is tastefully decorated, spacious and is easy to clean. Condo A303 has tiled and carpeted floors. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and the master has a king size bed. There is a main bathroom and a master bath adjoining the master bedroom. Condo A303 overlooks the deep blue sea and green grass bordered and peppered with palms and flowers. Kite and wind boards often ply the sea, offering colorful distractions when the whales are not available.
* The condo is located on the third floor. There are NO elevators, you would have to walk up 3 flights of stairs.

Luana Kai’s condo resort is located North Kihei just ten minutes walk from the Azeka’s, Azeka’s II and Long’s Shopping centers.

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.
