Maui Hill 70 is a spacious and contemporary 3-bedroom, 3-bath split-level condo located in the best part of South Kihei, just 2 blocks from Wailea. Beautifully updated condo with one of the largest floor plans of any condo in Kihei. Equipped to host three couples or a large group, with everything you need for your ultimate Maui adventure home base. Located across the street from the ocean. Two spacious en-suite bedrooms, one upstairs and one down, along with a third downstairs bedroom and sleeper sofa -- sleeps 8 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer in unit, free wi-fi and deluxe cable, and beach gear included.

The Maui Hill is a sprawling, low-density condo property known for its beautifully tended tropical grounds, which showcases much of Maui's brilliant flora. The property features a large pool and Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and putting green, and there is plenty of free parking for multiple cars.

Meticulously maintained by one of the top on-island vacation management companies, this deluxe unit showcases a bit of an ocean view from living room and upstairs bedroom. All three bedrooms have their own decks, which overlook wonderful gardens. The layout of the unit is such that each of the bedrooms are afforded maximum privacy.

Maui Hill Resort is located in the heart of Kihei's sun-drenched beach culture, walking distance to a dozen great restaurants, plenty of shopping, and of course Maui's amazing beaches. A half block to the south awaits incredible Keawakapu Beach with two miles of soft, golden sand, a vibrant snorkeling reef right off the shore, and warm swimming waters. We've been here 18 years, and this is our favorite beach on Maui by far! You can walk this beach all the way past the Wailea resorts. The beach photos in this listing are of this beach, and it's less than a 5 minute walk from the condo.

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Lifetime Friends meet up in Kihei
We are three lovely ladies in our seventies that have known each other since our childhood. Once a year we get together for a week to enjoy each other in a beautiful place. This trip was no exception. We thoroughly enjoyed your condo. The decor was beautiful, beds were very comfortable, kitchen very well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. The three of us would love to return to Kihei and your lovely condo.

Great location in Kihei.
Unit 70 came with a well equipped kitchen. Bbqs are communal, which is common in condo areas. Everything worked well and we relied on the breeze and fans more than the AC which for us was too noisy. Time for heat exchangers! Beach chairs and umbrella included. 2 bedrooms are large and nice; one is a little small. The best perk was the shaded deck with ocean views for morning coffee and walking distance to two excellent beaches.

Condo was a little dated and A/C units were noisy, but overall had everything you need. We had a couple maintenance issues, but the management company was very responsive. Walking distance to two great beaches and to town. Complex had a nice community feel unlike other places we have stayed; seemed like there were more permanent residents there.

My husband and I enjoyed this condo and resort. It had everything we needed, kitchen amenities, beach towels, ceiling fan in each room with AC, great outdoor deck to lounge & eat on, beach toys for our 2 grandchildren, beach chairs & umbrella… We also found the condo to be very clean. The resort staff are very friendly and the area is nice & quiet. Location is perfect as we had a choice of beaches to choose from. The grounds on this resort is beautifully maintained. The owner of this condo was very quick in responding to any inquiries made. The only recommendation to be made is to modernize the outdoor furniture and indoor carpets.

Very well stocked condo. Only thing missing were boogie boards. The lanais are amazing. We watched whales every morning while drinking coffee. The grounds are immaculate and everyone is super friendly. Pretty quite complex. There were days where we had the pool/hot tub to ourselves. Would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Our stay was good. Since we are all seniors, taking our luggage up on the stairs was little difficult for us. The dishwasher was not working but was replaced with a new one with in a day or two. Ice maker does not work and I am sure the owner will or should take care of it. Other than that we were fine and enjoyed our stay.

Great for Family Vacation
This was a great stay for our group of six, one couple and one family of 4. The set up was super for everyone to have privacy or mingle as desired. The condo is showing a bit of wear and tear but is in good shape overall and location is excellent. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, there are plenty of towels for bath and beach as well as beach chairs and toys. The lanai was wonderful in the mornings - it is a quiet property, so it was relaxing to sit out there with a cup of coffee and listen to birds and enjoy the view. Easy check-in and amenities are great - the pool and hot tub are nice, and although we didn't use it there is a tennis court and other garden games available. There are grills located around the property, which allowed us to have a couple of steak dinners at "home". There is a nice beach less than 10 minutes walking distance and several more beaches, parks and places to eat within a short driving distance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Maui Vacation
Overall a very pleasant experience. The condo is definitely spacious in terms of main living area and bedrooms, and worked well for the 5 adults (2 couples plus 1). The kitchen is a bit small but we didn't do a lot of cooking and it worked for the little bit that we did. The fans and air conditioning kept the condo comfortable especially considering we are from the Pacific NW! Be aware that the front door lock is on a timer and you won't be able to get in early even if housekeeping appears to be done. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was fine. Location was good. Property was showing its age and needed some repairs while we were staying (management was responsive). Wasn’t as clean as I’d like on entry - towels were still wet for example. Overall it was ok but felt expensive for what we got.
