I had an amazing time staying here at the Residence Inn. The staff was extremely nice. I wish they had a pool, but other than that, my stay was great! De’lamiah I believe was her name (I may have misspelled it) was wonderful. She made sure I was comfortable and provided exceptional customer service. I will definitely return.

Amazing rooms - we had two full bedrooms and baths plus pull out couch in a living room with a full kitchen. Great free breakfast. Pool was “closed indefinitely”, but otherwise a fabulous hotel. Comfy beds and quiet stay. Not much around other than Target and Costco.

Don't be treated like a second class citizens.
We stayed here before without any issues. This time the room had toenail clippings in the bedroom. Also, there was no soap in the shower. I had to get dressed to go down and get some soap. When I asked for soap the representative told me that they don't give discounts to people that book a room using a third party website. I said, I'm not looking for a discount, please give me soap. Last time we stayed here we were given a bag with two bottles of water and some fruit. We saw the bags behind the desk and asked if we could get a bag like last time. We were told that those are for the guests that booked a room directly with the hotel and not through any third party website. So, we are treated like second class citizen because we booked our room through a third party website. If a company doesn't like the rates they need to publish on third party websites to be competitive, then simply don't use that service.
