The housekeepers didn’t check cabinets or inside the hide-a- bed so there was old food in both. Contacted the front desk they switch us rooms, new room had no food, but hair in the shower. Pool area looked like it was being remodeled and then they gave up. The ceiling was missing in places and the pool floor looked like they tried to clean it and stopped. Ceiling leaking in the stairwells. Hallway on 3rd floor smelt like cat urine. Honestly not happy

I Was Excited Because This Was The First Time To Stray At a Baymont. The Freezer Was Dirty, Told The Front Desk, Said They Would Come And Clean It Up, NEVER Did. Room Was NOT That Clean. Thought We Had Left a Personal Item Behind, CALLED & CALLED & CALLED & CALLED, Sent An email, NO RESPONSE From Anyone. LOUSY SERVICE.

Overall good stay
Very quiet room. Pool was not ready. Food choices close to property. Bed was comfortable. A/C unit was quiet and worked well. Did not like the requirement to provide a credit card for additional charges like broken items or smoking in room.

Very good hotel
I was very pleased with my stay at the Baymont front desk was polite and attentive. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The only reason I gave this hotel for was my room was just a little beat up but nothing to keep me from staying there again. Carpet was ripped up a little bit by the front door, I had to mess around with the TV to get it working and the knobs on the air conditioning unit were broken. For the price I definitely would recommend this hotel

Overall, it was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bedding had blood stains on it, so I took it back to exchange it. Front desk said it was clean and sterilized, but I asked them to replace it anyway, which they did. If you wouldn't sleep on it, dont expect me to!

We checked in and I mentioned to the lady at the front desk my dates was split into 2 different reservations since I booked through Expedia they couldn’t combine. Unfortunately our first room the door couldn’t be closed and they knew that. Even said “ this is our problem room the door sometimes won’t close all the way.” Then why put us in here? So we get moved from king so 2 full size beds. The next morning we get woken up by an employee banging on our door telling us to get out. My husband tells them we have reservations and the guy walks away. A few seconds later, the receptionist calls and asked if we are getting out or staying. I mentioned that we have a reservation and it was split up by accident for some odd reason. That’s when she decides to look up my name and find that we do have reservations for the next few days. Never even apologizes just says “ I will let them know” … I have never been to a hotel where they don’t call first instead banging on the door without even looking up the person in the room to make sure about extended reservations. The breakfast was basically nothing we ended up getting food from surrounding places. We were recommended to the hotel by a wedding planner as we came from out of town. I called the wedding planner so fast to take the establishment off the list.
