The hotel is dirty and the staff is really bad. Management appears to be in trouble because of financial issues as they ripped me off. I originally booked 4 nights on Expedia. I arrived very late because of late flight arriving to Knoxville. They charged my credit card for 4 nights even before I arrived. I checked in 1:00 the following morning. Cleaning staff opened the door of my room at 8:00 AM without even knocking. I wanted to cancel my stay and leave. The real saga started here. The impolite receptionist told me that they cannot refund the 3 nights I didn’t use and asked me to talk with Expedia. Expedia told me that I have to go back to the hotel for the refund. The receptionist said the manager was not on the property and I have to be charged the full amount even if I cut my stay because of the cleanness and bad service. I wasted a good couple of hours on the phone between Expedia, Wyndham customer care, and the hotel. I left the hotel and eventually they charged 2 nights instead of one although I only stayed for one night and it was really very bad experience. I advise against using this hotel until it has management change and some renovation.
The room was clean. The location was helpful and easy to get to. The staff was pleasant.

Just barely enough
Other than the stench of stale cigarette smoke in a room that I requested be non-smoking, the room served its purpose. It was clean, safe and comfortable. They do NOT have breakfast as advertised. Breakfast oat bars and coffee cups with unappropriately sized lids.
The furniture and room was worn out and dated. It smelled. It said in their advertisement that breakfast was available but there was coffee, tea, juice and a granola bar/ crackers. Very disappointed.

I didn't like that they don't clean the room on weekends
We’ve got there late at night and the room was clean, the refrigerator and the microwave were amazingly working, we’ve got all that we needed.

'Was disconcerted with the front desk sign prohibiting reserving a room if the client lived w/in 50miles of hotel.
Lacked USB charging ports. 'Had to hunt for an outlet.
Breakfast was 'grab and go'. OJ, coffee . . . VERY basic.
Otherwise yes, I got what I paid for.
Would never recommend. I paid 179 dollars to stay here after driving for 17 hours. The lamp was broken leaning to one side, the bathroom exhaust fan did not work, the spout in the tub was disconnected for the shower wall, the toilet seat as stained and peeling and moved side to side.the frr breakfast was a granola bar and peanut butter crakers. I'll be contacting corporate office.

Not okay.
Room was ok, but the smell of cigaretts was over powering. I had booked a non smoking room. My husband asked about the non smoking room and was told the room is clean. Did not sleep well because of the noise in the room upstairs above our room.
