Went to check in late at night and my reservation was given to another guest that signed my paperwork because the desk person did not check id on the person (was not the guest fault but he should have looked at the paperwork) Manager was put on the phone and I was told that he would give me a discount for this problem as it took over an hour to remediate and get me a room. First he said he would give me $30 total off, and I said that is not acceptable and how does that work when I am standing here without my room a room your receptionist gave away at my rate that I booked back in May, and there was basically identity theft, my card my reservation, but not my signature. He then said take the room tonight and come to the desk in the morning and we will work it all out. Surprise no manager just a receipt showing a slight discount for the night. At end of stay I Received my bill and there was no discount on the bill at all. When I asked the morning person checking me out he said he didn't know anything. I am now dealing with the hotel chain until this is made right. This place is run by dishonest person. I also had two other reservations for two other rooms for people in our group, those reservations were canceled for some reason but they were able to open them. The hallways and lobby had scent sprayers that were absolutely terrible and our room was very humid turned on the bathroom fan constant to help mediate the humidity. The rug was ripped, edge strip exposed w/sharp points.
