Very good

I stayed for 10 nights here. My room was a ‘superior’ room. V basic but bed was comfortable. Air con was good. Not cleaned properly each day.
The whole place looked uncared for. Needed a good clean and refurbish. It had two pool areas which was good. But unless you got up at 6.30am to put towels on sun beds you didn’t get one. Not sure why they have so few. Many of the chairs were broken and cushions were torn. Great location so I spent most days on the beach because it was much nicer than the hotel. Wouldn’t stay there again.
We stayed at this hotel 4 nights. We did extend one night but only for pure convenience ans partner was not well and was not able to travel. Overall appearance tired and run down and in need for updating. Rooms could be cleaner with some attention to detail. Towels. It replaced daily.
We stayed in a beach front room. Originally stationed next to restaurant which was noisy and lacked privacy. We requested to be moved to another room which was granted. However sliding doors were difficult to open and safe did not work. Brought to front desk attention but was not addressed/ fixed during our stay.
No little extras. Water and beer can be purchased at front desk. But not refrigerated.
Buffet breakfast adequate. Fruit selection limited and no option for capachino /latte/americano.
Pool is nice also. However get up
At the crack of dawn to secure pool
Side lounger. As many have been earmarked with towels. And left for hours with no one in sight.
Previous reviews do mention this and this is not policed by staff no has it changed.
Beach front was the only upside here and if that’s what you are looking for then this would be okay.
But on the whole would not recommend.
Great hotel right on the beach. Lovely to walk along and nice sand.

Sunbeds and omlettes
The stay was good apart from a member of our party was overlooked when standing in line for an omelette at the omelette station. Served two people behind him.
Also, the sunbed situation needs to be reviewed. People put towles on them and then disappeared for significant amounts of time meaning that those of us that were spending the day by the pool couldn't get sunbeds.
Other hotels remove towels and belongings after 30 mins and oit the belongings j to lost property if sunbeds are left unattended for over 30 minutes. This is a much fairer system
Located right on long beach. Bungalows are lovely and rustic. AC and water pressure working great. The ability to book tours at reception and get laundry done was great!
Location is perfect. They also have the best massage ever on the beach. Breakfast is Ok nothing special. The rooms/bungalows were Ok too but the water seemed yellow which drags down the overall experience.

We had what was supposed to be a luxury bungalow, the condition of the bungalow was very poor and needs a lot of maintenance work, Bed a very cheap uncomfortable mattress. Had a lovely stay all staff and position is great. But more of an economy stay rather than luxury
Our room was 317B much in need of a refurbishment Room was not as clean as could be tv old Breakfast very poor no heat to any of the food so once cooked left to go cold choice very limited the only hot food was toast & omelette
Restaurant staff ok but not helpful
We was assisted by a staff member who was very very helpful in booking in & out his name Danish
Hotel bungalows are very nice. Breakfasts were pretty average food in “heated” trays usually cold, poor choice of fruit, cereal etc. No pastries or croissants. Hotel is now overpriced for area and standard of restaurant etc.
If you are a couple, it’s paradise, you own private bungalow with a porch surrounded by lush tropical foliage, small pathways to your love nest, so cool. Just a minute walk to the most amazing beach and it’s all yours, private resort beach, water is like bath tub warm.
The food is good at the resort, it’s a laid back very good resort, money well spent...if your a couple. If your solo it’s a excellent place to chill and recharge however if your looking for the opposite sex company, you’ll most likely be bored and lonely.
We had a great stay in our little bungalow! We were able to book all our activities that we wanted to do through the hotel - they personally called and ensured we were taken care of. We were also able to rent a scooter to travel around Koh Lanta, but there are also tuk tuks waiting outside or a driver to assist with getting a ride. We were able to get our laundry done there as well (80 baht/kilo). The laundry price was higher than many places we saw but you can’t beat the convenience of just dropping a bag off at the front desk. Pools were beautiful and entire property was clean and taken care of. The breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety of different foods and even an omelette station. Our only small complaints was the occasional drop in wifi and no business center if you’re trying to have a working holiday. This was very minor and in no way reflected negatively on our delightful stay.
Terrible hotel. We were initially booked into a standard bungalow. The room was absolutely disgusting, old, run down and filthy. The mini fridge was dirty and covered in brown stuff. The door had a giant gap in it that bugs or other critters could easily enter through.
We decided to upgrade our room to a beachfront bungalow, which is the most expensive bungalow they have and expected something nicer. The room itself was ok and somewhat updated, although the bathroom was quite gross. The shower did not drain and would flood the entire washroom. The clean towels were so smelly and musty. You would smell like mould after drying yourself.
The biggest issue we encountered was our unsecure room door in the beachfront bugalow. One afternoon when we returned to our room, we discovered one of our cellphones was missing. We reported the issue to the front desk and police. The manager at the hotel was not very helpful and pretty much blamed us and would not take responsibility for the unsecure door. The door itself could be opened, even when locked, by lifting up the door very slightly. It was super easy to break into. They did not care at all that our room was broken into and thought we were lying about the phone getting stolen. The staff was very unsympathetic and unhelpful about the situation. To top it off, our key broke off in the lock and they tried to charge us for it. Little did we know you didn't need a key at all to enter our room!
Disgusting. Don't stay here.
