The check in was fine and fast.
The room was on the inside of a row and had no parking. We had to park around the other side and walk all the way around while hauling a baby and of our stuff. The wallway/breezeway was poorly lit and uncomfortable.
Once we got in we noticed that it was in need of repairs. The floor was coming up in some places. The bathroom door doesn’t fully shut or latch. There are some holes in the ceilings and walls.
It also wasnt very clean. The kitchenette sink was filthy. The bathtub had hair in it. There was a dirty towel on the shower bar. It also needed to be swept everywhere. One of the beds had a stained sheet.
The TV selection is very limited. There was no channel guide. There was nothing about the wifi (you don't need a password) and nothing that listed the motel address or phone number. We also only had one towel in the whole room...
However, the amount of space in the room was good and the beds were fairly comfortable.
A little more attention and effort in the cleaning and stocking would go a long way no matter what, but based on the condition of the room and limited amenities, they shoukd charge less. (We paid $100 with all the taxes and such for a double suite).
