This is an excellent little hotel very close to the airport. The staff is so nice and the place was so clean. Exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay for easy access to the airport.
Very convenient airport hotel perfect for before or after a flight. Shuttle service runs promptly on an hourly basis. Restaurant is open 24 hours. Pleasant bar and swimming pool. Rooms small but well appointed. Would definitely use again
This property is a MUST for layover stays! It’s beautiful from the landscaping to the rooms. Even though a few problems occurred during our stay, the staff quickly and efficiently took care of them. The food is AMAZING. I highly recommend the Balinese chicken. We had a room next to the infinity pool which was a great spot and close to all the amenities especially the spa which we took full advantage of after a 27 hour flight. What really made this stay special was the staff and service. EVERYONE was accommodating and friendly. We will be returning in the future!!!!

We had a late arrival so decided on a one night stay for convenience. We were very happy with our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, staff were lovely and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Having the free airport shuttle was really great too. It’s in a more local area as opposed to a tourist area but we found the walk to Jl Kartikq Plaza to be quick and easy. Short walk to Jerman Beach too. Would stay again
This hotel is super close the airport and has its own free airport shuttle that runs every top of the hour. The staff are absolutely wonderful and accommodating. It’s also really close to Kuta Art Market if you wanted to do some shopping for a bargain. Would always choose this if I need another transit hotel in Bali!
I liked the friendliness of the staff, the free transport from/to the airport and the free breakfast (although change in one or two of the hot meals would be excellent).
Bad experience:
I reserved two rooms because originally we were a party of four. Unfortunately one guest was not able to travel with us. We arrived at the hotel about 3:00 PM June 27 (check in time is 2:00 PM) and no rooms were available. One room was became available after 20 minutes. After we settled in the room, I came to realize that the one room is enough for the three of us and since our departure from Bali is on June 29 at 1 PM, it would be more convenient to have the one room for extended stay on the 28th. I went to the front desk and requested to just keep the other room for the 28th instead of having two room for that night since it was not yet available anyway. The front desk refused and gave the lame excuse that the reservation was online, he cold not accommodate the request. I then requested for a late check out considering that the availability of the rooms were late. I was only given 1 hour late check-out despite the more than 2 hours delay of availability of one room. What was the hotel going to loose in accommodating my request?
