The absolute best we rebooked three the times while staying in Beppu loved the friendly staff the clean rooms and the onsen. This place is a must

The Koko Hotel was our favorite place to stay in Japan. The room was styled nicely and clean. It was the perfect location in Kumamoto - shopping and food were in the complex downstairs. Kumamoto Castle was a very short walk. The hotel buffett was amazing and reasonably priced.

Excellent Japanese hotel, warm service. Convenient to take JR train and Shinkansen to other cities. Easy underground parking.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and they were extremely accommodating! The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options and they have a comfortable onsen that's available for use every morning and night. What's good too is that there's a lock keypad for the women's bath, so we don't have to worry about anyone intruding. The rooms are snug and comfy, but not too compact. Unfortunately there's no refrigerator, so if you're keeping any snacks or food, make sure it's something non-perishable. Overall, the location was convient, wedged in-between two delicious yakiniku places and just a 20 minute walk from the station.

가성비도 정말 좋고 위치도 좋고 여러모로 친절한 숙소였습니다. 얼리 체크인은 어렵지만 짐 맡아주고 방으로 올려놔주시겠다고 제안한 곳은 처음 봤네요...! 주변 지인이 구마모토 여행 간다면 적극 추천할 것 같습니다 :)
