Everything looks great at first, then you notice how they are trying to save money at the guest's inconvenience. Tiny bath towels, pathetic breakfast, unreliable lighting. Good reviews must have been purchased, STAY AWAY.

Free parking and easy handicap access So many variety food and shopping choices in the surrounding area to pick from. They offer American-style breakfast: waffle, toast, cereals, mini powdered & chocolate covered donuts and fruits. The one thing that is missing is protein, throw some egg or bacons in there or something. ( not unless if I missed out on the good stuff already ) This is the first hotel place that I've seen that offer slot machines, how cool is that. I mean beside Vegas hotels or if you're at the casino. LMAO They have a hot tub and swimming area that is 3-5ft deep only. One thing that would of been nice to have the towel rack fill up, it was empty. That led our room floor wet since its laminated flooring. Some hotel do not have the kitchen, this place does with a full size fridge, sink and electric stove top. So to say our room was cozy, comfortable and clean. Except for the bathroom, which could use a tab more cleaning. There was water residue on the shower faucet which also was leaking after showering, so you can hear the drip all night. Definitely behind the bathroom door need to be clean or wiped - I can see wet towel that previous people hung that the water dried from the towels. And that bathroom door can use some paint job. Also, the was a yellow stain inside the toilet bowl that needs to be clean and scrub off. Overall, to look past the bathroom issues I would say my stay wasn't bad. I will give you guys another try, when i'm back in town again.

A great hotel. Not fancy but clean and big rooms for the price. There are a few cosmetic issues that need to be taken care of eventually...like discoloration on the ceiling from an old leak....but that didn't affect my stay or my comfort. Will stay again

It was not the worst place to stay for the price... however, I contacted the property at the time I made my reservation as well as 2 separate occasions during the week prior to arrival to ask for an early check in since I would be coming from out of town and would have liked to use my room to get ready rather than scurry and rush. Not a single answer. So, I waited until the latest possible time I could arrive and still be 'ready' in time as best I could. And although I had delayed my arrival by more than 2 hours, they still gave me issues about checking in at 240pm instead of 3pm. When the early check in request was printed on my paperwork. They first checked me into a room with a non working toilet... and then moved me to another room... that was surface clean at least... but has definitely been left out of the DEEP clean rotation with cobwebs in the corners.. and dingey curtains that didnt quite shut all the way without having to use a clip to keep it shut. Overall, given the situation... it served its purpose and wasn't filthy or disgusting... However, I think they're quite lacking in responsiveness to their guest requests. And overall attention to detail.

Nice and Affordable
It’s hard to find an affordable yet well put together hotel in LaCrosse these days. I thought we got both with the stay suites. Clean, good location, nice rooms, etc. Will stay here again if the price stays reasonable.
