Room was somewhat clean, counter tops had numerous cigarette burn marks room smelled musty, bed was supposed to be a queen but was a full. Outline on the floor shows there use to be a queen bed. At check-in property charged a hidden fee even though the room was pre-paid. I don't recommend this property.

1. Very difficult to find the entrance. My WAZE phone gps took me right by the entrance.. which looks like you are heading straight into a freeway off ramp... because... well you kinda are! You have stop and make sure no vehicles exiting the freeway are coming (at like 60 MPH) and then cross. 2. My key card did not work well. I would to put it in 5 or 6 times to get it to work. Had it re-programmed twice but no help. 3. Both outlets on either side of the bed are switched with the main switch at the door which also operates the main overhead light. I have a CPAP machine which needs power all night. So the only way to use these outlets is to leave the light on at night. Grrrrr. I had to run my cord across the room to another outlet creating a tripping hazard at night. Lucky I had a long enough cord. Other than that.... pretty okay place for the money and location.

First, the entrance is almost impossible to find. The rooms are old and dirty. The best thing you can do with this property is bulldoze the structure and start again.

Manager was highly disrespectful if I payed to stay at a hotel I aspect some type of accommodations highly would like to talk to HR . after I explained to the front desk that room service feels the need to do what they want and than don’t accommodate you for towels and anything we need we payed over a thousand dollars for our stay there we been at the heritage BEFORE wasn’t treated so poorly like they did us . My child is traumatized because seen a dead body coming out the room coming across from us . For the manager needs to work on customer service especially for guest that spend there hard working money !

The awful stay
This was the worst place to go to. There were roaches in the room and bathroom, the door was boarded up, the light was hanging by a rope, the key card didn’t work , and the TV didn’t turn on. There was also a $50 deposit that wasn’t mentioned on the app.
