I picked this hotel from the others in town due to the reviews on expedia. I was sadly disappointed upon check-in and saw the room. My initial thought was this place is dirty, the carpet had all kinds of stains on it and did not smell as if it were clean either. Upon further inspection of the room, we noticed that the window was wide open (no screen) and the window had led out onto a canopy roof, which then led me to think if there was a squatter in the room and how SAFE was it. All in all we were on a cross country trip from PA to MT and stayed in hotels each night and this one was by far the dirtiest and also the most expensive. I would highly recommend to stay away from this place and look elsewhere.

The room was not clean. The sheets had not been changed, nor was the room vacuumed. The bathroom not clean either, floor was filthy, hair shavings in sink. Dirty dishes in the sink. Paper towel empty. Basic cleanliness neglected. They were booked full so couldn't change rooms. Breakfast was not bad but the dining area seemed dingy and dirty. I would not stay here again. Everything seemed run down, dirty and neglected.

The best place we stayed at on our road trip. Out of four different hotels we stayed at this one was the best with the friendliest staff and included the best breakfast. Fresh real scrambled eggs and sausage! And the guy making omelets made excellent omelets!

I booked through Expedia, paying for two rooms, when I got there, I was charged again for those two rooms. After noticing the issue, and having to wait for day management staff to address, I was told I would receive a call back. Which never happened, only to find out that rather than charges being reversed, I was charged AGAIN! I’m still waiting for assistance. Our rooms had no hand soap and ran out of toilet paper. An upsetting stay for sure, hoping this isn’t the norm for this location.

Awful! Our door didnt shut unless we forced it shut and open. The towels were stained my bed had stains on it and the room was filled with flies. Couldnt sleep felt like bugs crawling on me. Worst hotel experience of my life
