We stay here once a year for a week. It’s the perfect location for us because we are visiting family in Laguna Woods. We love that the place serves continental breakfast. It’s also very reasonably priced for the area and in a safe location and close enough to beaches and attractions.

Everything was great except for the pool and hot tub. The pool is dirty and has been the last several times we have stayed there. This time however, the water in the hot tub was green so they haven’ been chlorinating it.

The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Our check-in was smooth and fast. The staff were friendly, accommodating and very consideret of our personal belongings. They did an excellent job of taking care of our needs and cleaning the room. Overall the stay was great and we had everything we needed. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but maybe next time. It's two story buildings without elevators in the units, so if you have large heavy bags you should request a bottom floor room.

Wonderful 7 day stay!!
The hotel is nice and very clean and well kept. The gardens all around are very clean and immaculate. The Mariposa room where breakfast is served is very clean as week. There is a Total Wine and a Chick Fil A in the same parking lot. BJ restaurant, Raising Canes, and In and Out burger is across the street. Laundry area is very clean and has a detergent and fabric softener dispenser. Everything is 1.50 each and the office has quarters to change out to buy and use machines. Overall a very great stay. I booked for a week.

We paid extra for the garden view and it was worth it. We had the balcony door open every chance we had (except overnight, too much street noise). Rooms are spacious, lots of storage, microwave, fridge, and continental breakfast a plus. Super close to I-5, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We would happily stay here again.
