The rooms were nasty, the floors, the walls. The blankets, pillow cases and towels were stained. When we went to request for new ones, they said there wasn’t anything wrong with them. They ended up giving us new ones which were a little better, but not so much. The service staff was rude. Our overall experience was terrible.

Not impressed
Not impressed. It was just an overnight stay but the pictures on the website are not what you get. Room smelled musty when you first walked in. We always lift the mattress to check for bed bugs and the mattress cover was filthy underneath. Just gross. The shower curtain had stains on it as well. I mean both items were so bad that I don't think bleach would get the stains out and they should have been thrown out. You could see daylight under the front door so you heard all the noise from the freeway. I just wish I would have taken pictures.
