It was just ok. Room wasn’t ready on time. Tub area was filthy. Waterpark was very small and not everything was working all the time. Amusement park had a bunch of rides not working and shows not performed either due to limited staff

Upon check in the staff were so rude & don’t have enough knowledge. The lady called another staff member to assign a room & we were surprised that the outside waterpark wasn’t including the stay. She stated that through expedia we can’t book for the outside park although upon reservation i called them & made sure that we have access for the pool & they said yes. The door of the room was broken & every time we want to close it we had to call maintenance . We stayed 5 night they didn’t clean the room for once. Overall it wasn’t as expected & if we could get a refund we definitely left & won’t spend the 6 days there.

Be ready to not sleep in this hotel. Between the sounds of trucks whizzing down the interstate and the paper thin walls making it feel like you are living with the screaming toddlers next door, sleep isn’t really a thing in this hotel. I called security twice starting at 11 finally at 1am they came right after said toddlers fell asleep, and of course they woke them up. Great convenience For walking o the park but better to stay somewhere more civilized so you can Actually enjoy your day at the park and not be exhausted.

Fun times on a budget!
My two teenage children and I stayed here and we opted to get the waterpark passes included with our stay. We all had such a nice time. The kids really loved the waterslides and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The people at the desk were super friendly and helpful. My ONLY small gripe was that there was construction going on and one morning they started up at 6am and woke my daughter and I up. Also, one of the days we visited the waterpark they were out of towels, but those are the only things I can think of. Other than that, everything else was fantastic!

The rooms had peeling wall paper, mildew I. The bathroom, beds were hollowed out and old, rooms smelled musty. Lobby was inviting, pool area was smaller than anticipated but still fun for my grandson.

No housekeeping service for 4 days. Never stayed at a place that didn’t clean rooms everyday. Garbage was building up in room, no towels had to ask front desk each time, food limited , ran out of food at lunch, shabby and old looking, needs a professional management team to address issues including no help from front desk to solve problems. Never coming back and will pass the word.

The kids had a blast. It was fun for them. Park is open from 10-1. Then 2-8. That was crummy but otherwise, they enjoyed it. Plan alternate activities for early risers and kids who don't nap. Restaurent was mediocre, like most in the area.

Not worth the money. Unable to check in on time. Checked in a hour after check in time. This was after traveling for hours with cranky kids. Then they wouldn’t give us a late check out without a fee. Found a pair of men’s swimming attire from previous guest left in room. Crumbs on the floor. Had to call numerous times to get sheets, blanket to make up sofa. Should have been in the room, but wasn’t. The kicker was that the water would shut off and turn back on. Happen 3 times during my shower and numerous other times in the sink. The rooms are neglected and need attention. Let’s see if they reach out and make this right.

Hi, I have been here many times. Rooms really need to be renovated especially the bath and showers. Need to provide also bigger shampoo bottles. We were very disappointed with this property as we had experience with its CANADIAN counterpart (Great Wolf Lodge). Our room had 3 working electrical sockets. The coffee machine was filled with dirthy mildew water. One of the beds was broken. They do not do roo. Service if ypu stay for 3 nights or less. The bathroom in the waterpark area smelled like pee. Very subpart compared to the other resort fr the same company. Not very well kept.
