Beautiful comfortable spacious 2300 sq. ft. house, on 1/3 acre in Lake Havasu City with lake view, 3 miles from Lake. Plenty of space, comfy couches, full kitchen with fridge/freezer combo, ice-maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, appliances...toaster, toaster oven, battery powered wine-openers....(you’re welcome ladies), wine glasses, gas range top and oven. Keurig and regular coffee maker on premises....so bring your coffee. Coffee filters available. Dishwasher, Boat and plenty of car parking. Washer and dryer. Heat and air conditioning, WiFi

The space
When you stay in our home, the entire place is yours to enjoy. We currently don’t allow large parties, we do allow family events and small gatherings.

Only guests that are booked are permitted to stay overnight and.....our personal property...is not for use please.

The house is very comfortable, inviting, sanitized and extremely clean....we are certain that you will enjoy your stay. We have some games for kids, dominoes and tic tac toe. Have fun, enjoy friends and family and our home ❤️

Side note: The porch and garages are equipped with cameras that can be monitored remotely by hosts at anytime.

Guest access
Guests can access any part of the house except on hall linen closet that has some of our personal items in it. We encourage you to make yourselves at home and enjoy your time here. Please take the time to sit on the front porch as sundown and look at the amazing views

Other things to note
There is absolutely no filming of any kind permitted on the property. No smoking or inside the property. If you are a smoker, please don’t drop your butts in the yard...thank you 😊 and no GLITTER OR CONFETTI of any sort!!

There is a gas BBQ in the back yard, it is available for you to use, if you do use it, please wipe it down and recover it after it cools down, the cleaning service does not provide this service.

Amazing property and even better host!

The house was amazing, super clean, everything you could ever ask for enough parking for a couple of boats no problem. Host was on top of everything perfectly, no a single complain. I would give this host and Property a five star review excellent service.

Perfect!

My family and I had a great experience at this property. The owner is extremely responsive and went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of. The house was very clean. The layout made our multi-family stay very comfortable. There was plenty of space for parking oir large boat and two other cars. Overall, the house was well equipped and nicely upgraded. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone else.

Wonderful Stay

Everything was nicer than expected -- the house is well very kept and super clean with plenty of room for the whole family!! We loved the open floor plan of the house. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. Plenty of room in front for boat parking too.

Amazing!

This place is so beautiful. We were there for a baseball tournament but did get to visit the lake and London bridge. This home is absolutely gorgeous. Open living space, cute coffee nook, laundry, comfortable beds and it had everything we needed. The property manager is very accessible and kind. Would 100% book again

Beautiful home and gracious host

This home exceeded our expectations. It was not only beautiful, but extremely clean. Very well stocked with a few extras incase you forgot, like I did! The owners were very kind and helpful. Responded quickly to anything I asked about before and during our stay. If I return to Lake Havasu this will be the first place I look to see if we can rent again.

Clean, Bright, & Comfortable

The house looks like it has just been completely remodeled. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchen were very comfortable, inviting, and clean. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were all well stocked. The house was close to everything: the lake, parks, trails, and stores. We look forward to staying here again soon!
