Not impressed

Check in was great. Was told there’s no elevator after we were told our room was on the top floor. Got to the room and the inside of the door was missing part of the extra lock. Tried to turn on light switches and most bulbs were dead. The room was barely clean, but no bugs. The air would t stay on, the beds were old and worn out, no comforter, just a sheet and a “super 8” thin throw thing, only 2 old pillows on each bed. The shower head was falling off and the tub was stained. Not impressed, but I got what I paid for, I guess.

Close to an event we were going to. The carpet was dirty, looks like it needed to be steam cleaned, the tub/shower drained slow, I was ankle deep in water when I turned off the shower, the coffee machine in the room did not work. The bathroom was clean and the bed was clean.

Super 8 in Havasu

Nice room for a multi-day stay. Only 2 issues: 1. No microwave in the double bed room. Would have been handy for reheating meals. 2. No elevator. If you're on the upper floors, you have to carry your things up the stairs to your room. Quite the issue for folks with disabilities. Other than that, it was a nice stay near Lake Havasu.

It was terrible they had bed bugs the staff was rude the room its self was terrible i dont suggest anyone go there i have contact the bbb and the health department hopefully they can do something

Dark, Cramped, Cheap

Room was extremely cramped -- could barely get the hotel's luggage cart into the room in order to put our stuff in the room. Room was VERY dark -- I didn't check the light bulb wattage, but they must have used 15W or 25 W bulbs. We were on the first floor, per our request, and it sounded like there were elephant races on the second floor. The "continental breakfast" was a joke -- coffee (but no DeCaf), tiny packaged muffins from WalMart, and little else.

The jotel is an average, low cost hotel. The parking lot needs improvement, the bathroom tub was not properly clean, or perhaps old, hower, valerie, the attending staff member was oustanding and friendly.

Terrible The place is absolutely disgusting. Stains on the walls, carpet, bathroom walls had stuff all over them, around the light switch and everything, the shower was nasty and the vent in the bathroom was hanging off with the ceiling just open to see the vents and all kinds of dust, and grim in the vents. Could be the worst place I’ve ever stayed.
