Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Our cabin was lovely and had everything we could have needed! The grounds were so attractive and even though there was road construction in front of the property, it didn’t affect the experience. We enjoyed being a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Lake Louise. We would recommend it!

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Used the kitchen facilities- important to know that it is a kitchen area vs a full kitchen. Has dishes, utensils, microwave and coffee maker plus sink. Would have been nice if there was a toaster. Really appreciated that the blinds blocked out any light so had a great sleep. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Bed was not very comfortable! Bent in middles so body slept like a U and so back was Painful while sleeping. Slept on pull out coach instead. Also no readily food available!

It’s good average hotel with no restaurant at all, but people were all great! With the price charged, I would pay more elsewhere with restaurant and other amenities. The people at the hotel were all very friendly and nice.

We loved our stay at Paradise Lodge and Bungalows. The Bungalows were so cozy! Loved the small gas stove that helped us warm up after a cold rainy hike at Lake Louise.

We stayed at a few different properties on our trip and this was my favorite. We had the Fuez cabin and I’m so glad we did. It was set back on the property and the views were excellent! Love that we could walk to Lake Louise. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful.
