My son loved the Jacuzzi bath tub. Didn’t like the tile floors get very slippery when the outside is really wet. Nothing in rooms to wipe up all the water that gets trampled in.

Need a Refund!!!!
I would like a refund. We checked out the next day and went somewhere else. It was extremely dirty. Stains all over, burgers on the wall. No hot water. Holes all over the walls, floors and ceilings. So small you literally couldn’t move and we weren’t even staying on their property. We were sent over to the next hotel under a different name.

Being friendly would have help
Our stay started with the check-in clerk being unfriendly. Not only was she unfriendly, but she was also not accommodating. I avoided the Econo Lodge Inn, but the ratings looked promising. The coffee packets were sticky, and one was already open. The towel rack was busted; only the ends were there. You would expect better if you were paying over $140 / night for a room. The door hinges were rusty, the refrigerator was not working.

good value for money. right next to heavenly village which is a great place to hang out - shopping, restaurants etc., Rooms were updated and clean - nothing fancy but good enough for a night's rest. They had premium cable like HBO as well as Netflix, so that's good. Front desk was great - they were able to help me out with a boltcutter when my snowchain was stuck and I couldn't remove them. One area of improvement would be the breakfast - while they have basics the area was mismanaged with stuff like cereals overflowing etc., A scrambled egg would have been a nice addition, though they had waffle maker and store bought ham sandwiches.

For the price the room we got was actually very nice. Bathroom was a little small but overall it was clean, very comfortable and convenient to stores. Would definitely stay again.
