Terrible. The check-in kiosk wouldn’t scan the QR code. After entering confirmation code it would not accept my ID so I had to stand in line to check in which was a 10min wait and I was first in line. The hotel is Under major renovation. The majority of the casino is covered in black tarps. I stayed in room 670. 7am and you start to hear power tools and construction. Friday night you hear club music playing until 2am. $29.95 daily resort fee doesn’t include parking.. it’s for for fitness center,internet and phone calls. willwon’t be staying here again

Not convenient. If you're looking for easy in and out, you won't get it here. Parking is across the street, costs $20 extra per night, requires an elevator up and down, walk across the street, down the hall to another elevator up to your room, then down a very long hall to your room.

Stayed 3 nights with no housekeeping services. Need to request new towels and amenities. Housekeeping staff were not receptive when as to just remove/empty the trash bins in the room and there were 2 housekeepers (one next to our room and one directly across our room during their cleaning. Can’t reach housekeeping on the phone, need to go through front desk to request everything for the room.

The room did not look like it was cleaned before I arrived. They didn't have any rooms for us available and then put us in a different room. The coffee cups in the room were not cleaned. The toiletries were empty: no shampoo, no conditioner and no body wash. We tried so many times to call with the phone in the room, but no one would pick up. Finally, we got ahold of house keeping on the phone and asked them to get us the shampoo, conditioner and body wash, but they forgot about us. Very mismanaged.

We stayed in a king room in the Remus tower. Originally I booked a room in the Romulus tower but they apparently oversold the deluxe room type. No big deal as they comped our resort fees but still a weird way to start. We stayed for 4 nights, and on the 3rd night we requested room service figuring we should probably get some fresh towels and actually get K cups, water bottles and tea as there were never any to begin with. I used their texting concierge service and made the request at 7am the Saturday we were there, and said we would be back by 1pm. We got back from skiing Kirkwood at about 2 and the room was not made. I was furious, and was only told that we would be on the cleaning list for the day. How crappy, so we said forget about it. Magically the next morning around check out housekeeping was near our room. Thus, our stay wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the absolute worst. A 3 star rating seems accurate because the room was gorgeous, the hotel itself is perfectly located and had good amenities. I would be excited to see how the new remodels look like. But don’t be blown away by the hotel service and have that expectation when staying here.

We stayed in the newly renovated tower. The hallways were filthy and garbage on the ground in the hallway when we arrived was still there 3 days later. The room “passed inspection” but the body wash and shampoo were empty on arrival. The thermostat didn’t work and required 3 trips to the front desk for maintenance to arrive.
