Great location and the room was spacious with a nice firm bed. The bathroom was a bit small but everything was very clean. Be Aware...that whatever you see as total charges is not everything because there will be an additional fee for parking and resort fees.

Do not stay in the older “standard” side
We stayed over a Fri-Sat night. I would HIGHLY recommend only staying if you are in the newer tower. When we checked in on Friday night we were put in the older side standard rooms, what a joke. They are in bad shape to put it lightly. When you get charged $500+ a night I feel like it’s reasonable to expect a decent room. The halls to the rooms are beat up and look terrible. The first room was so small there was barely walking space around the perimeter of the bed, the furniture was in poor shape, the carpet was dingy and gross, as was the bathroom. The bed was hard as a rock. It felt more like an old beat up motel than a 4 star casino resort. It was clean so that was a positive. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. We requested to be moved for the 2nd night and for a minimal upcharge (like $25 more I think) were moved to a room that was brighter, nearly double the size with a much nicer bathroom and overall upkeep. It was a night and day difference. The bed was still pretty firm but a significant improvement for night one. I understand Tahoe on a weekend pricing but anyone that feels good about charging $500+ a night for the older rooms should be ashamed of themselves.

Good time
Harveys stay was great, the concert venue is awesome. The room was ok, just expected something a bit nicer for the price. All in all it was a fun trip, Hells Kitchen was amazing, and the place was easy to navigate.

The rooms have been recently renovated. However, one of my draws to any property is a hot tub and swimming pool. The hot tub is unavailable due to repairs. Had we known in advance, we would have stayed at a different property.

The old side was falling apart. Wall paper falling off in the hallway, 3 of the 5 lights in the bathroom were out. The room was not ready at 4:00. This older side is in bad shape and needs a major update. Our group was very disappointed in this hotel.

The room was clean. We reserved a lake view room that wasn't a lake view, our view was of a torn apart parking lot and hotel roof. Room service was offered as an amenity; however, was not available. Called front desk to ask about room service, she was rude, said, "we don't do room service", and hung up the phone. We had to talk to someone at Harrahs to get answers. Wolf at Vanderpump was medicore, $80 for a NY steak with no flavor, salty salad, and potatoes that were like tiny potatoe chips with no flavor.

Only good thing about property was its location to the concert event. Very nice to walk from concert back To hotel In seconds. The place hasn’t been renovated since 70’s at least. Carpet stinks, walls are dirty and wallpaper is pealing off walls, elevators are so Slow and often don’t function. It’s just a pretty gross place to stay.

Waitress and bar services limited on Sunday morning went to 2 bars and they were closed. Waitress didn’t come around once and I was gambling for a long time. After paying an expensive fee for one night stay they charge extra for early check in, plus $20 parking and we stayed there as guests. We walked to Harrah’s it look a bit nicer.
