The hotel in general looks run down. Although they are doing a major renovation, the safety and walk way area that passes by these areas doesn’t seem OSHA approved. Poker room staff was unpleasant to deal with. They charged me $80 for an additional guest which refuses to be refunded. Full resort fees were applied and the resort is at 75% functionality. They don’t even have their pool available…

It was centrally located so we were able to walk to different amenities like restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, etc. There was also a great arcade for the kids on the first floor with a lot of great prizes.

The receptionist was excellent and helped me a lot; keep up the good work. My only concern was that the shower and sink were not clean. I found several portions of hair in my room, and in general, it seems that they didn't do a good job cleaning.
