Hotel is on a lake. Everything is a short walking distance. Nice hot tub and a pool with nearby fireplace while watching snowy reflections of the mountain peaks. There are 5 individual buildings that are part of hotel complex. Building 5 is closest to the lake, with nice lake view, a sauna, and direct access to heated outside pool and hot tub. Hotel is clean, though not the newest, but still in good shape.

A convenient place to stay in South Lake Tahoe. The condos are a bit outdated and could use some updating and maintenance. Our room was comfortable but the pull out sofa bed was atrocious and literally just box springs, definitely needs to be replaced. The heater also needed maintenance to work. Ok for a night or two but definitely needs a makeover.

We stayed in bldg 5 and could see the lake from our patio, pool and beach were right out the main bldg doors! Kitchenette stocked for eating and comfy bed. Nice amenities!. We will definitely recommend this place!
