Excellent Service Made Up for Other Guests
My partner and I didn't have the most relaxing experience here, but that was due entirely to other guests staying at the hotel on our floor. There was some sort of youth hockey league event happening and they were extremely noisy. Unfortunately, the room we had had a large gap under the doors with the adjoining suite, allowing us to hear the children screaming at each other (and the mother screaming at the children), which was great if we had been planning to be up right at 7am (we hadn't). That being said, the hotel was made aware of the issue and won't be hosting that particular group again in the future. Additionally, they gave us 25% off our stay which definitely helped. The facilities were all very clean, the location of the hotel is fairly convenient, and the room itself was pretty comfortable. The shower did make a bit of a squealing noise when in use, but that wasn't a huge deal. Overall, despite not having the best experience due to other guests, I feel confident that the hotel staff would be able to take care of us if we were to stay again next time, making me feel comfortable staying here again in the future.

Good pillows. The fitted sheet and pillowcases were cotton, but the top sheet was some slightly shiny synthetic material. Mattress was comfortable, and I slept better than I usually do in a hotel. Water pressure was good, but the tub drain backed up immediately.

Great hotel at an affordable rate!
I’ve stayed at a few other hotels in the area and this is the best by far! It’s very clean, the beds are comfy, and the housekeeping service is great! I called the front desk for some extra towels and they brought them up immediately. The bathtub was also incredibly clean and great for a bubble bath!
