Outdated hotel

Reserved two rooms. Called day before to confirm adjoining. Checked in and desk clerk couldn’t provide adjoining rooms because the hotel was sold out. Very disappointed.

I’m so upset because I stayed here last year and the decline in the hotel is astonishing. The tub looked so dirty. There were stains everywhere. The tv didn’t work for the whole stay. It ended up snowing and the parking lot was not plowed and the walkways weren’t shoveled. Absolutely terrible

Four stars only because the property is a bit aged and bathrooms can use a good upgrade. Other than that it’s a good place to stay.

Not a very good experience

Customer service was good. The room, and bathroom or dirty. Stains in the tub., tile floor full of black mold sink was missing drain plug, and wallpaper peeling off wall to expose mold. Unfinished drywall repair next to bed entire hallway smelled like cigarette smoke the first day and smelled like someone was cooking in their room the second day.
