Staff was pleasant, room was clean-air conditioning was not working but maintenance got it fixed. barking dog at 1:00 am )I know it is a pet friendly facility but lady yelling at dog to shut up was too much. Couple fighting at 2:30 am. when they finally quit someone else started yelling outside window. Doors to outside of facility were always blocked open- lots of homeless around facility-broken down cars blocking travel lanes. I while never stay here again.

This was a very sketchy hotel, everything was gross, lots of sketchy people as well. The front desk lady was nice, but I had to wait 25 minutes for the manager to come help her. Definitely the worst experience I have had at a hotel.

Terrible experience,there's one lady, she's Horrible, always asking for cash upfront for deposit. The rooms are raggedy at best. Instead of begging for cash deposit so she can charge you for every nuance in the room before you leave, she should be more concerned about the fighting that goes on in the rooms. The noisiness, the music being played, and the people who live in the hotel. It's a dog hotel there's dog poop everywhere. The mirror was cracked in our room they had holes punched in the walls. The walls wete filthy the floors were stained the bedding was stained it's an awful hotel it needs to be shut down if you stay here please do not use any of their towels you might catch leprosy. If you can help it just bypass this headache all together.

I didn't like the fact that they wanted a $60 cash deposit and then iscrutinized the towels and charge me $10 for the big towel and $5 for the little towel because my dog threw up. So be aware that their intent is not to give you your deposit back but to actually keep it for every little nuisance they can think of to keep your money.

They booked me for a night stay then said there was no rooms available on the 1st floor which I need I'm disabled and can't help have to go through Exspeda who took the payment off my cc card and will not respond back

This was by far my worse experience ever. The hotel was filthy, weird smelly stains and dead and diying cockroaches through out the halls. The room was dirty , stains and crust on the walls .There were crack head, and afflicts in many rooms on the floor howling and screaming at the top of their lungs in absolute horror and agony. One man kept on giving out a blood curdling scream that was terrifying. The advertisement said “ air conditioning “ however as soon as I settled in for the night the power was cut off for the hotel and so the filthy room was hot and had no lights or electricity. The area must have been riddled with crime, because all through the night , police sirens where blasting all though the night. After the sleepless hot filthy night it appears I was charged twice for the unfortunate unforgettable experience. Stuff of nightmares.
