First night was good. 2nd night was terrible. The guests above us and next to us were extremely noisy. The guests were running, yelling and banging from 10:30 to 130am. Went to the front desk 4 different times with no help. Never again

The only complaints I have are the side door doesn’t lock so anyone can walk in, the bathroom lights are too dim and the bed was very squeaky. Overall, our stay was very good.

Nice area. Easy to find, close or a short drive to the places we wanted to go. I found the pool temperature chilly. Other than that very good.

We stayed one night, and wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms were clean, spacious and well supplied. The kings size bed was so comfortable, easy to sleep in and a bit to tempting to stay in.The breakfast was well stocked. And the staff was very helpful. My parents, who are elderly, came along and absolutely loved it. We will be returning.

Our stay was okay. The place was run down and smelled musky. Stayed here years ago. Thought it would be the same but must be under new management. Toilet was broken, bed sheets had stains, food was average.

Spacious and clean room but most appliances need an upgrade. Our AC unit’s filter definitely needs change. It’s has a moldy smell if only use fan. Our mattress has zero back support. The spring inside it makes squeaky sounds. The bathroom lights flicker. The lights are too bright and with no dimmable options. There’s no way to keep one light on beside keeping bathroom door open. The bathroom fan is very too loud.

The place looked a lot better in Expedia photos than it was in person. Our room had a strong mildew odor. I went to the front desk and was given air spray to mask the smell. It helped for a short amount of time but the smell returned in the morning. We also found three bugs in the room two were dead and one was crawling on the wall. Also the indoor heated pool was ice cold so I am not sure if it was just turned off or not working correctly. Lastly a large group of people were staying in the room next to ours and they were extremely loud and banging on the wall I till about 2am in the morning. We woke up and checked out immediately. I believe that Expedia should refund a portion if not the full amount that they charged for this place since they are the ones who misrepresented the hotel on your website. We will not be using Expedia again for any of our travel needs.

Bed sheet linens had black marker stains on both bed sheets, toilet seat was broken (kept shift when using the bathroom), and the refrigerator was turned off (having a toddler and storing the milk made it inconvenient).
