A quiet (in spite of there being a small one runway municipal airport behind it) and safe place to stay. Clean with plenty of hot water and clean sheets/towels, but the mattresses need improvement. They felt like sleeping sideways on a pull out sofa. Other than the mattresses, we found no fault with the place and would come again (after they replace mattresses).

The farmhouse is nice and roomy. Except there are no bathrooms on the main floor but two on the second floor. Would of been great to have a bathroom on the main floor

Spacious and could be a great place to stay. Our reservation clearly stated 3 adults. Pull-out couch did not have bedding. Hard to reach service. Had to call several times to get bedding. Floors were also dirty and slippery. Walked across with bare feet after shower. When I wiped my feet with clean washcloth, the washcloth showed dirt.

Pleasantly Surprise
When we made the reservations, we were a bit unsure of what to expect. But when we got in the rooms, we were very surprise how nice they were. The pictures did not do the rooms any justice. They were extremely clean, very spacious and more up to date then they appeared on the booking site. The only thing I found a bit difficult was the checking in. The person we were dealing with was difficult to understand. We had 2 rooms, and getting the lock box code was a little tough. But we all agreed we would definitely come back when in Lancaster.

Rough Start
It was dusk when we arrived. We had trouble finding a parking space and the lighting was very poor. Got to our cottage. We had reserved a 2 queen . It was a king and a sofa bed. We called and spoke to a very obnoxious man who insisted that this was what we reserved. 4 phone calls and 45 minutes later we spoke to very nice lady. She moved us to tbe correct room with no hassle. The rest of our stay was good. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, extra towels were delivered. Loved how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was. Glad we didn't leave after the room mix up.

The cottages were in the process of remodeling. Our cottage was very clean. Had all your basic needs. Dumpster was outside of our cabin and had all the old fixtures in it. Price was fair as the complex was still in the process of remodeling.

The property is directly next to an airfield. We are early risers so for us it wasnt an issue but 6 a.m. is early for some travelers. The room was large and quiet overall but the bedding, furnishings, etc were low quality and poor comfort.

I had an extremely difficult time understanding the staff who talked us through on the phone with check-in; some in-part due to my hearing but also due to the language/accent of the staff person. Had to call three times and it was still very poor.

Positives- It is a relatively quiet, safe area that is accessible to Lancaster. There are a couple places to eat nearby. The room smelled good and it was very large. Bed and pillows were not bad but not very firm. Blankets were adequate. AC was decent. Parking is close by your room. Negatives- The check in process was unnecessarily arduous. No one at the desk. You have to call a number and give your cc information over the phone and then get a code to unlock your room. It felt very sketch. They don't clean your room and there is no breakfast. Another hotel using "COVID" as an excuse to not provide service. Coffee maker but no coffee provided. There were a lot of ants around the nightstand and bed and I got bit multiple times through the night. Water is extremely hard and the bathroom had a weird mirror that looked like someone was watching us.
