I liked the new renovation done that were done. Staff was excellent as always. My only disappointment was the hot tub. Jets did not work properly and the water temperature was like luke warm pool water not a muscle relaxing hot tub.

Very mixed feelings about this place..like high highs and almost as low as you can get bad. The price was nice. The red-haired woman at check-in late Friday night/early Saturday morning and the young man Saturday evening were both extremely pleasant. The woman in charge of breakfast on Sunday was absolutely terrific, the best-- attentive and went out of her way to be kind. Breakfast Sunday was amazing. Saturday breakfast and the woman at the front desk Saturday and Sunday morning was a little bit blah. Her phone was WAY more important than guests. Elevator sounds a little wonky 50% of the time. Room and lobby were very clean and obviously newly updated-- very nice! Sink wall in room was a tad dirty. Beds were very comfy. Now... it was the worst pool and hot tub I've ever seen. I couldn't stop thinking about it the whole 4 hour drive home. How in the world does THIS go unnoticed by any staff. Front desk lady said the maintenance people were not there Sunday. Saturday morning it was pretty cloudy, the hottub was warm but jets didn't work. The pool was packed Saturday evening( we did not get in then). There is no way any employee looked in the pool area between close and opening( 10 pm- 6 am). Who knows how long the levels have been checked. This picture was Sunday morning around 9:30. Kids were in there. I am sick to my stomach that my child was breathing the same air.... let alone even in the pool water. I don't like to make a scene, but the level of unbothered was

Let me just say this was a planned girls weekend to use the pool and hot tub. I even called the day before about the temp of the pool and if the spa was working.....the pool was freezing, the jets on the hot tub didn't work, the elevator on the 2nd floor or the ice machine worked..... then to top it off their was a kids birthday party and the pool was filled with kids....i will never book another room with this hotel....

The hotel was fine, and room was great except for cabinet unhinged in front of refrigerator. However, the grounds were in really bad shape, from landscaping along entrance and parking to construction debris, metal containers in the back areas.

They are in the tail end of finishing renovations but that did not impact our stay. We had a late check in and the front desk staff were very polite and professional. The room was clean, and the hotel was quiet. I would stay here again.
