I checked into the hotel and the staff were very nice and accommodating. I was given room 2146. Upon entering the room the room appeared clean and ready for me. At around 10pm that evening I could hear a water drip that turned out to be a "waterfall" coming through the light. I was moved to room1204 and when I woke the next morning to shower there was zero hot water.

Unexpected Pleasure
I booked this hotel because I was in town for a convention (last minute) and the chain hotels and casinos that I would normally stay in were incredibly expensive. I was very happy with the room and location. Just a few minutes walk to LVCC. And a spacious room, clean (but basic), free and easy parking, and no smoke smell (non-smoking room). On top of that, the staff were all incredbily friendly.

Well, the price is compelling - regular for the rest of the city away from the strip. The facility is long past needing updating. The elevator creaks, the room doors whistle in the wind, and the first thought I had in the room was, "Should I sit there?" However, the comfort of the restaurant grows on you, and the staff are friendly and competent. Oh, best part? Walking distance from South Hall of the LVCC. I'll stay here again.

They promise room service rvery day , but at the 3rd day , we move to another hotel because on the recepcion desk told me the service is every 4 days. Promise wifi and never has it, because they argue the hotel was full

Great hotel for a family on a budget
Had a wonderful stay here on our one night in Vegas. With family living nearby I was aware the surrounding area isnt the best but with toddlers we stayed inside all night and had zero problems. Could not believe the size of the rooms. Incredible. Each queen bed had its own "room" as there was an archway that led to the back haf of the room and you couldve convinced my kids we were at Caesars Palace. Caught a flight at 5am the next morning and checkout was a breeze. Right at the main entrance is the key drop though an employee (somehow smiling at 3am) happened to be at the desk. Will definitely return in the future!

When I checked in the room had crackers and garage in one of the drawers of the night stand. Also there was someone previously in the room left there underwear under the sink in the bathroom. When I asked them to please clean the room I was told sure. However they never came and cleaned it. So we just dealt with it the rest of the stay. Also I asked for clean towels and I had to go get them from the front desk at 10:00 at night after I was told they would have them brought to my room. The staff was friendly but never did what they said they would do. The dirty underwater was so disgusting. I am pretty upset about no one coming to clean the room. They were completely booked and no other rooms were available is what I was told.

Price was right , some noisy water hammering pipes in next room made it sound like a jackhammer running next door. The shower control was backwards. Breakfast was good for the price and not having to leave the property . I've been there once before and complained about the wifi and the manager never contacted me back. This time , they have so many rooms on I would guess ONE home speed line.. Good signal in my room but zero chance of ever getting out on it. All sites just gave up before their slow internet would connect. Sort of a slap in the face of paying guests.
