Was able to check in earlier for a fee, only to be put in the worst room in the hotel. Furthest room from front, laundry shoot attached to wall, tiny tv with few channels, no hot water for shower. Wasnt great stay.

This was the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed here for a staycation. It wasn’t as enjoyable as the first time. The first after shut off while my wife was taking a shower. And you know a woman that is left with shampoo left in her hair. There was one other issue I had with one of the casino workers annoyance.

The lack of a coffee pot for personal "tea/coffee" making options was not available. The limited housekeeping was not appreciated. I don't mind making my own bed and don't need new sheets everyday however, not having fresh towels and trash removed at all during our 5N stay was very tacky. We had to ask for fresh towels, pick them up ourselves. A pile of dirty linens piles up in our bathroom. Some of the patrons or "working individuals" and apparent drug users wandering around was a bit tacky. Picked your hotel as it was walking distant to the Convention Center. We stayed there 3 years ago where housekeeping was provided. The male server for breakfast was the best and "we adjusted to the rest OK'. Location and price were positive factors.
