A bit worn but ok
Lots of work being done on the casino floor but it wasn’t the least bit crowed so the work area wasn’t a problem. At checking we were told that if we wanted house keeping we would have to call but the next day we returned to our room to find it completely made up. Nice.

Check in - very rude man forcing us into using the kiosk check in. Cleanliness /housekeeping of room was not the best. Did not clean rooms at all during our stay. Casino staff, bartenders, servers all were excellent!

Honesty, The Aquarius
Had an amazing stay, all the employees were friendly. The best band I've heard in all the yrs we have been going for Thanksgiving. I left some jewelry there, I called spoke to Ed in Security he was very helpful. I called back the next day(today) and he said they found them. All is good, so happy there are still good people in this world, and they work for the Aquarius.

Sewer smell
Room where I stay smell like sewer, strong smell, when I got out for a few hours and went back in, it felt like slap of horrible smell, had to turn on AC / Fan to reduce the odor, I won’t ever stay at that place…

Fun place to stay. Smells dirty and could use a few upgrades..example in room theres no plug in for a phone with usb or c charger...and I feel like they could stand to shampoo carpets. Other then that overall happy with our time there. Everyone very nice and great casino.

Chairs had some stains. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Woke up with a backache. Had to move around bed to get comfortable. Some areas you would sink in the bed. Mattress needs to be replaced. Still would stay at your hotel. Thank you
