Great time at the Aquarius!!
We had a great room overlooking the River. We enjoyed several of the available restaurants and found the service and food to be great. The rooms are a little dated, but nice and clean. The whole hotel and casino was not very busy, which might not be what the hotel wants, but was great for us.
Nice view if Davis Dam, a short drive and walk from the Aquarius.

We were disappointed in that we paid for a Riverview and when we got all the way up to our room, it was not a very good River view. I know what a good river view is just we have stayed there many times. And it’s not like the hotel was really full and that was the best they could do. Disappointing that the front desk doesn’t give gas Better rooms when they check in. What do they care? Tommy in the Cove was fantastic. great service, friendly, and professional.

It's affordable and has a vintage feel, so you get what you pay for. My bed broke, but they promptly moved me to another room, which had a musty odor. Overall, it was decent for the price. The food was good, and on a hot day, you can enjoy playing in the river nearby.

Hard check in, outdated hotel
At check in, we tried to use the kiosk to get our rooms. Was scolded for booking with third party. I told the receptionist I needed a room with 2 beds. I got up to the room and had a king bed only. Took 45 minutes to get another room. Overall has a strong cigarette smell even up near the rooms. I don't think they had any air purification going on. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Won't stay here again.

Over the years I've stayed at this property every time I go to Laughlin, but it seems like they are not maintaining the property very well. There was mold all in the shower, the window curtains were torn, major scuff marks on walls, etc. What a shame, I think we will have to change to another property next visit.
