I was walking my dog early in morning and didnt see sign how to open door. Clerk on duty came from back room to let me in and she acted like it was inconvenient for her and pointed out the sign. All other clerks were very friendly.

3rd time's the charm is what they told me at check in. The first room had a pillow that looked like it was peed on and the shower was filthy. The 2nd room had hair everywhere including under the covers and had sticky stuff on the table. The 3rd room was better but still had a gross shower and the bathroom door wouldn't close. No refund offers or genuine apologies.
